Literally the worst office ever. I have never met more incompetent people in my life. We called yesterday and we’re given an appointment for today at 11:30. We got there and waited about 40 minutes just to be told we didn’t have an appointment just to drive over 1 hr and 30 minutes away from home to get here. I am LIVID. I even double confirmed our appointment that was scheduled for today 2 TIMES.

Poor management. Went there as a new customer, paid my copay, and never got another bill for almost 2 years. Apparently they missed billing people and were catching up. I missed the bills in the mail probably thinking junk mail since had not been there almost 18month. Over a balance of less then $20, sent me to collections and charged me 25% interest. Wouldnt waive the interest even though they are the ones that failed to bill me timely. Bad. Years later and I'm still dealing with billing nightmares from this place. They seem to keep having errors and coming back for more and more money. If I knew simple cryotherapy was going to result in never ending billing problems I would've saved my money and gotten a home freeze kit at the grocery store.

I would give no stars if possible. I called the day before the appointment to confirm appt. They said yes. I Went to the office - after standing at the front desk girl finally looked up, asked my name and told me I had to fill out paperwork - had been given a password and logon to the patient portal so I could have all of the paperwork filled out prior to the visit - it was all filled out and uploaded over a month prior to appt... I DO NOT recommend this office at all. I literally called the day before and asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes. I was given an appointment the next day at 9:15 am, the day of the appointment I arrived 15 min before scheduled appointment time as requested 9:00am (which is when they open), and no one showed up until 9:15am (time of scheduled appointment).As receptionist Checked my insurance I was told they did not accept it this place has the worst customer service and advise to stay FAR away and don’t waiste your time. OMG!! I have never been to such a poorly run physicians office in my life. It's 6:30 and my appointment was for 5::15. I should have read the reviews before I came here! Would not recommend it for my dog! And if I could give a negative 5 rating I'd do it!! They don't even rate 1 star!! I paid up front and will ask for a refund as I walk out the door! Don't waste your time here!!

I've been a patient only one time at this office (3 weeks ago) I've had melanoma twice and my mom passed away 3 years ago with Melanoma. I'm STILL WAITING FOR MY BIOPSY RESULTS after 3 weeks. Melonoma spreads fast. Time is of the essence. I always wait OVER 5 minutes on hold every time I call. Horrible service and only 2 employees work. They need more staff to answer phones and they need medical assistants. The Dr and receptionist can't do it all!!!!

Don't do it, find a place where they actually care. They had my wife and 2 toddlers waiting for 2 hours even tough we made the appointment over a month ago. My family couldn't take it anymore so they left. Called to find out what was going on, their response: I just work here, it is not my fault. Horrible service

The staff is helpful and Dr Daley has a nice personality. However, I found her interest in you to be average. I had a 3 stage face peel that cost $475.00. She would not start it until I had paid in full at the front desk. The results were less than satisfying. I can see why she wanted payment up front. You can have long waiting room times with her also. And if you ask her a simple question she would want you to come back for another appt before she would answer it.

I will NOT be going back to Dr. Daley at Aesthetic Dermatology. She charges almost DOUBLE what other local Dermatologists charge and I am not at all happy with the results. She did 2 biopsies on my stomach and arm which left HOLES the size of a 1/2 pea at each site. My young son keeps asking me why I have holes in my body because they are quite obvious. On my husband she did a 20 second procedure and again charge DOUBLE what we found other dermatologists would have charged. She was unwilling to work with us on these exorbitant fees once we found out our insurance barely even made a dent in payment

ZERO STARS!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This is the worst Office I have ever in my life been to- and I am 40 years old and have seen many different doctors. The doctor was very rude and condescending. Treated me like I was a scumbag she cared nothing about. It was definitely the most horrific experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Office personnel is nice until you have an issue. Took my son to have a wart frozen on his toe. Notice I said "frozen". We were there a total of maybe 5 minutes once we were placed in a room. A week later the wart didn't fall off so we went back and they took the little can and froze it again. A fee months later I get a bill in the mail for $253 (I have insurance)! I call insurance and they explained that the code used by their office was a surgical code and they would need to change it. I brought my child to this practice two times. The first time we waited almost TWO HOURS in the lobby before being taken to an exam room-- where we waited another 20 minutes for the doctor to see us. The second time we waited about 45 minutes in the lobby and 15 minutes in the exam room. When we received the bill for the second visit I was surprised to see "acne surgery" listed among the charges. I went to Dr. Daley for my annual skin check-up and there were 3 moles that I had her look at, I explained that my last dermatologist (she moved to Boston) looked at them and said they were ok, I just wanted her to look at them since I was there. She decided they should be removed...I was a little hesitant and explained that I felt they were ok because my last dermatologist examined them thoroughly. Now, I have three nasty, deep scars where she removed the moles and then I received a ridiculous bill for over $300 from her company. I do not feel it was necessary. I have had 10 plus moles removed
