I had my first experience with Timeless a few days ago. It was fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming and Madison, who did my Dysport was phenomenal! What a knowledgeable and caring person! She talks with you through all of your questions and gives you clear and precise expectations. She is amazing!

Not only is this the cutest medspa I've ever seen, but I literally drive 40min to see Nicole at Timeless because she’s incredible. I had a ton of wrinkles due to sun damage, and my forehead is now that of a China doll. Want plump, natural-looking lips? She’s your girl for that, too. I get compliments on my lips constantly after Nicole injected one syringe of filler in my lips. I been seeing Julieann for basically all my beauty needs, from make-up, lashes, to eyebrow micro-blading . This girl literally succeed at everything she does! I’ve been seeing Melissa for about 7 years, before she opened up her own place and since then nothings changed. She still has the same (if not better) quality of service, is so professional and truly cares about each one of her clients! Everyone who works at Timeless Medspa are so talented and amazing! My skin has been completely transformed. I have seen Vanessa and the owner Melissa for facials/treatments. I also see Madison for dysport and lip filler. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my face and skin care. I'm giving this place 1 star for the seemingly friendliness of some of the staff, but I will not be back for any of their services. The first red flag should have been when I scheduled an appointment for a consultation and the aesthetician who performs the service was not there. After the appointment, I asked if they would have her to contact me. She did not. I followed up and inquired again if she would contact me. She did not. First red flag.

I have been going here since Melissa opened several years ago and my skin has never looked better! She always know what treatment I need to keep my skin under control and in balance and fight any aging. She also invests in the newer technologies, which is awesome to get to try. Her staff are great and location is easy to get to.

I love this place. my skin took a nosedive when I had children and well... my eyebrows needed help too. I I looked up julie ann on ig. we talked for some time before I got the courage to make the investment for ombre shading. I should've gotten it sooner! I am in love with my face and. I look forward to going back for correcting my skin. everyone there had great skin and that is a big indicator that they know what they are doing!

I am reviewing after my first time visiting for laser hair removal. From the first call to schedule my appointment, the staff was extremely helpful and great about going into detail to explain what to expect, the process, how to prep, etc. On the day of my appointment, each staff member I met was extremely nice and professional. The location is clean and professional-looking, and I can't wait to see my full results after the follow-up treatments.

Melissa and her team are wonderful. So far I've only been in twice for laser hair removal on my underarms, and amazingly I already see results! Melissa was great about talking to me about the process and setting me up with realistic expectations. Everyone else I've interacted with on her staff has been very pleasant and professional.

I started coming to Timeless Aesthetics this year when I purchashed a promotional peel and fell in love!
