Just switched my policies thru to this agency. As a former State Farm agent I completely understand what agencies, and insureds go thru! Ms. Estella personifies great customer service. I’m dealing with a lot right now in life. My mother has been in, and out of ICU for almost 2 months now. That along with a new move. She has been patient, understanding, and judgement free. I feel like I made the right choice in my new agency. I’ve have some not great experiences just like most people do in trying to purchase insurance. Not to mention it is a minority owned agency! Ben and his team have been incredibly patient and professional to work with, sorting out issues left by another agent and making sure that I was covered at a level that met my needs. They don't over promise and they know what they can do and will get it done in the time frame they say and if there are any changes out of their control in the time frame. they will keep you updated.
