We rented a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party. They showed up on time and were friendly & professional.
They made sure the house was in a good location and swapped in a stronger blower to ensure there were no problems. Their instructions were clear, and they assured us they were just a phone call away if there were any issues.
Especially important these days, they wiped down all surfaces during setup to ensure everything was as sanitized as possible.
The children loved the house, and helped make the party a success. We would definitely use them again

Great customer service, quality rentals. I rented a 10x20 tent and 2 children's tables, they were dropped off timely and clean. A small hiccup occurred and the staff who dropped off did not leave weights to keep the tent from blowing over. We called and the owner brought weights within the hour and was super apologetic. I will plan to use this company again in the future and refer family and friends.

We used Bouncing People for 2 large tents for an event at work. Eddie, the person I spoke to on the phone, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The workers were also on-time and prompt in setting up and tearing down the equipment. Their prices are also very reasonable in comparison with other rental places.

We held an Open House Event at our Animal Hospital in Woodbridge, Va. Eddie was very helpful from Day 1. The Price was the best around. After my family owning a Moon Bounce Company, they beat their price out! Equipment was well kept. They were very professional upon arrival. The company is family owned and all were pleasant to work with. We will definitely Use them in the future and we highly recommend their service to you! We did not have a big order and I was worried that a company that has so much going this time of year would pass on the request, to accommodate bigger orders. Just two kids tables and 18 kids chairs. I was wrong. Bouncing People was very quick and clear in their responses and the prices were very good. They delivered early, which was good for us and were very flexible while coordinating a pickup time. I will recommend this company to all of my family and friends when they have party rental needs.

Bouncing people is an "A" plus business!!! We couldn't be more happier with service, delivery and rental prices. We called around looking for the best price and no one could beat there prices. They are Vet owned and when they found out we were a military family, mentioned that they give discounts to all military active and retired, first responders and teachers and changed our invoice so that we got that discount. The chairs and tables we rented for my wife's baby shower were in great condition and they would of set them up but we had them delivered the night before our event

The team at Bouncing House is nothing short of amazing! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thanks to them, my daughter had an amazing birthday party. We rented a moon bounce as well as a snow cone machine. Their prices are affordable and their equipment is top of the line. Went beyond my expectations! I am very picky, especially when it comes to my children. I wanted something safe and clean, as well as reliable and the cheapest in town! (I checked 3 other companies.) Rented a bounce house for my daughters 9th birthday today! What a wonderful experience! The prices are great, the employees are great! They definitely have customer service as a priority in their business! I contacted them fairly short notice for today's rental (less than a week out), and they were very accommodating. Delivery was efficient, as was pick up! You cannot beat their prices either for the product and service! I love to give my business to your local community businesses, and with service and quality as good as Bouncing People, it makes it easy! We will definitely rent bounce

Super pleased with our moon bounce rental from Bouncing People! Customer service is amazing, communication over email and by phone was perfect, and delivery, set-up and take down went smoothly. We were lucky to have nice weather for my son's 5th birthday party, and the moon bounce kept the kids busy. We live in an end unit townhouse with a fenced in back yard and I was a little nervous it was going to be too tight of a fit, but it turned out just right. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Great experience all around!

Needed to rent 30 chairs for a business function the coming weekend. Process was very quick simple to setup the rental. Chairs arrived at the designated time and were picked up at the designated time. Chairs were as advertised. And they were actually a fair amount cheaper than a couple of other rental places I called. Definitely recommend these guys for a smooth and reliable experience.

We called the Bouncing People for my daughter’s birthday celebration. From the start they were very friendly, respectful and very patient in explaining their services, rates and available rentals. They arrived at our location on time and we were very impressed at how diligent they were in setting up the moon bounces. They made sure that they set up so that the kids would be safe and well supervised!! Overall my experience was excellent and I would recommend the Bouncing People without hesitation for any event!
