Following up! Got a text message with an apology. The message said that I could call back to speak with Mohamed, as he makes the final decision. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO MAKE an effort to contact this company after they made a huge clerical mistake that I discovered. This would have been avoided if I took my business to another tax preparer, and they still will not refund me for wasting so much time.

Do NOT FILE TAXES WITH MANDY. SHE INCORRECTLY INPUTTED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND I HAD TO CALL HER AFTER ONE MONTH TO TELL HER OF HER MISTAKE. I FEEL CRAZY BECAUSE THE CLERICAL ERROR THAT WAS MADE WAS OVERLOOKED BEFORE I LEFT. SINCE I CALLED AFTER 21 DAYS ASKING ABOUT THE REFUND AND SHE DID NOT CHECK ANY OF MY PAPER WORK, BUT I WAS TOLD LAWS HAVE CHANGED AND I’LL GET IT IN TWO WEEKS. AT THE END OF TWO WEEKS, Nothing. So I review my paper work and see the error. I ask for a refund after I was told she was going to fix it, AND SHE SAID NO. I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE IF I WOULD HAVE TAKEN

Hands up the is the most professional and honest insurance company. When you walk in Mr. Mohamed the owner will greet you with lovely smile and respect. He is the most honest agency I ever met and his team are very professional and kind people. Hairy recommended, if you want strong insurance and the cheapest on the market to protect you and your loved ones this is the place to be!!
