Jacob is awesome!! Our gas dryer broke and I struggled to find someone who would work on gas appliances. I found this company on Yelp and all the reviews I read were 5 star so I figured I would call and see what happened. Jacob was quick to come out and diagnosis the problem. There was a bad part which he ordered and fixed within a few days. He saved us a ton of money on needing a new dryer! Wonderful to work with if anything needs repairing in the future he is our first call.

Freezer died, because of course it did. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jacob was on time. Found the issue quickly. Gave me a reasonable estimate. Thankfully he could get the part the same day. A few hours later, part in hand, he replaced it and we were good to go again. I would absolutely recommend Jacob!

We called Jacob on a Saturday as we had issues with a washer drain hose...he answered the call live on the first try - and was over to the house in no time! He was able to help us solve an issue we had with the drain hose...and then we called him back a few days later to reverse the doors on a new fridge/freezer we purchased! You cannot go wrong calling on Jacob and Apex!!

Very, very pleased with every step of the repair of my microwave. Jacob came to my home at the appointed time, took a look at the microwave, determined the issue, ordered the part and the next day, returned to install the new part. Can't get any better than that! Highly recommend.

Well: this time it was the fridge. The fridge itself is still in good working order, but the lights went dim, and ultimately dark, in the upper cabinet, i.e. as opposed to the freezer cabinet below. LED lighting in the chill chest/main compartment.

So Jacob shows up promptly as he usually does. After the better part of 15 minutes Jacob seemed to have the problem figured out. So he looks for the replacement part and asks me to give him the few days to have it shipped from wherever he found one.

So today, basically a week or so later, he winds up coming over after calling me yesterday to indicate

We were very impressed with the repair and installation services we received from Apex Home Appliance Repair. Jacob is an exceptional young man. He’s very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all the different appliances. He installed a built-in Wolf microwave for us. He also installed an evaporator on our Viking refrigerator to stop the water from leaking as well as a new gasket. While we waited for the new gasket to be delivered, Jacob was kind enough to come to the house on a holiday weekend to temporarily seal the refrigerator for us at no additional charge. Apex Appliance really came through for me when I needed a leak fixed on my refrigerator. Jacob responded to my phone call immediately and within 30 minutes was fixing my refrigerator.
If you have a problem with any major appliance do not hesitate to call them.
