Services
Helping people achieve a healthier stronger life is my passion. Before I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer I spent 5 years in the Marine Corp as a mechanic. After my honorable discharge I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I attended college at California State University Fullerton where I received my B.S. in Kinesiology.
Semi-private personal training is our most popular training program. It allows us to offer personalized training at a much lower price point than your traditional 1-on-1 private training. All of our sessions are one hour long, starting at 5am and ending at 7:30pm Monday-Friday. Every client who purchase a semi-private training package will start with a private fitness assessment.
No, you can only use the gym with the trainer but you are more than welcome to use the cardio equipment on your own time if the gym is open. We suggest you call to make sure the equipment is available before you come by. We do not offer a day care for kids but clients are more than welcome to bring their kids to hang out for the hour session!

Awesome place. Very clean and great personal training. Barrett takes the time to provide individualised workouts that really help to reach my specific goals while keeping in mind my preexisting limitations. Barrett is excellent at creating workouts that challenge me and he has top of the line equipment. Also, this is the cleanest gym I've ever been to! Barrett takes pride in what he does and really cares about his clients.

BW Personal Training: The atmosphere is structured in an individualized training area to each specifics. Barrett takes pride in his work training sessions and he is very patient, and encourages me daily to take each challenge specific to my created plan. I have been working with Barrett for a year and am very pleased with my results. Barrett is joyful, respectful, patient and makes everyone feel belong in his studio. I have been training with Barrett for a couple of years now. He really is great at what he does, listening to the needs of his clients, and helping support injuries or training for events. Any pain I have had from past injuries is now gone after training with Barrett and I feel like I am in great shape from his support. I am excited to continue with him at BW Personal Training!

Barrett is an excellent trainer and a great motivator. He takes the time to not only understand your goals, he helps you create and actually achieve those goals. I have a shoulder injury that has been operated on and since being with Barrett for over a year, I have seen marked improvement in my strength and use of that shoulder. He is great and I highly recommend BW Personal Training!

Barrett is a fantastic trainer! He knows his stuff and makes sure you are working hard, with proper form, while accommodating for personal issues like bad knees. He trained me postpartum after my first pregnancy and was instrumental helping me to lose baby weight. He also trained me during my subsequent pregnancy and helped me stay in shape during the first half of my pregnancy. He's a true gem!

I've been training with Barrett for about 2 years now and he is hands down one of the best trainers around. Playing sports in high school I was always looking for that extra edge to keep me ahead of the game and training with Barrett gave me that edge. Barrett is an incredible trainer and mentor, I truly wish Natalie and him the best of luck on their new gym.

Ive been working out with Barrett for many years and i am now in college, playing baseball. He has made me become not only a better athlete, but has taught commitment to something that helps improve my life in so many aspects. He is a great trainer and if you're looking to train for a specific sport he knows exactly what to do in order to get where you want to be, and even go beyond your expectations and goals. If your not in a sport and just want to get in shape or lift weights, I've seen many people that Barrett has trained going from living an unhealthy lifestyle, and turning their life around

I have been working out with Barrett for a couple years now and I must say that he is the best personal trainer I ever had. Before meeting Barrett, I was very skinny and never ate properly. Now, I have gained a great amount of muscle weight (and confidence), thanks to Barrett's guided weight training and proper dieting. The best part is, he is very flexible and will make sure that your needs are satisfied. He is very easy to reach, so whenever I have any questions, Barrett is always there to quickly help me out so I can continue to reach the goals I set to improve myself.
