Core Pilates Center offers group and private pilates classes. All classes are taught by Tracy Barden who has over twenty-eight years experience teaching Pilates to athletes, dancers and fitness clients in Orange County. Tracy is a licensed physical therapist with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from CSULB (2001).
Tracy attended UC Irvine where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance (1993) and worked in the Sports/Dance Medicine Program providing athletic training and therapy to athletes/dancers. Tracy enjoys traveling, mountain biking, dancing flamenco and working as a Physical Therapist at St Jude Medical Center in Fullerton.
