Went last weekend for an acrylic fill. He did just ok, and I was charged $45. Three days later the gel started to chip off. It’s supposed to last a lot longer than that- I’m in sales, I’m not a brick layer. Lol I go in today to see if they’ll fix it for me, but this time I asked about pricing first. I was told at the counter that an acrylic fill-in is $30 and if you want gel polish it is $10 extra which means that I was overcharged five dollars last time and I told her that. She said nothing. I showed her my nails and told her they were done here, are a week old and I really need them fixed

I went in today (11/12/21) to get an acrylic full set for a wedding I am in this weekend. I will now have to go somewhere else and get them fixed before the wedding. $65 for a full set that is thick on certain fingers, added designs that I am not fond of, not quite coffin shaped, longer on one hand than the other, and some are crooked. I asked the lady if she could do the design I showed her before we ever started so that if she couldn’t I could do something else. I asked for coffin shape and got something somewhere between coffin and square. I should’ve said something in the salon but felt

I never write bad reviews but I think this one needs to be written. They DO NOT clean their tools!!!!!!? And they do not know how to talk to people. I watched 3 people walk out within 20 minutes because they were rude to every last person including me. I use to go to a Lee’s nails in Florida and it was my favorite place ever. I was so excited to see one when I moved here but sadly, I will not be returning.

I walked in on a Saturday along with my sister and niece, no one was waiting but the pedicure chairs were full, and one person was receiving a nail service. We sat down and waited for about 10 minutes before we decided to leave. One of the employees (a man) walked to the front desk and he was on the phone. After he finished the call and writing down information he went back to his client. He did not acknowledge us at all. No one did! I am a very customer service oriented person. I love good quality customer service and one of my pet peeve’s is going into an establishment and no one says hello

All I got at my first visit was a lip & eyebrow wax. Ban was amazing at it. I’ve had it done at many places over the years and can tell when someone has experience and a natural talent for it. She gave me back my arched brows. She has pleasant chitchat. She is quick, nimble, efficient, and painless. Just a general tip for anyone: if you don’t like thin eyebrows make sure to let your person know, otherwise they will go with your natural shape. Ban didn’t even need to ask how I wanted my brows, she had a trained eye and could just tell. She even did a little scissor trim to make them look perfect

My first visit today. Had an acrylic fill in with gel polish. The gentleman who did my nails today did an excellent job! No air bubbles, no rough edges, nails filed evenly and as close to perfect as you can get. Found my new salon!!! Will never go back to the other place across the street next to City BBQ.

Came here for a full set with gel polish and I was not satisfied! I didn't get the tech's name, but he did a horrible job. He talked to his coworkers the entire time and he took well over an hour to do my nails. They came out so bad. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said "I'll see what I can do". It was a simple square shape and basic color. I left with a bad shape and different size nails with a lot of product on top. He only did 2 coats of gel which resulted in almost clear color. He didn't clean up the cuticles or do anything after painting my nails

My sister and I were walk in pedicures. It was a Tuesday late morning and they took us right away. This is our first time here and I am very happy with the cleanliness and sanitation procedures they use. The foot tubs have fresh plastic liners for each customer and the tools were fresh from sealed packaging. The staff was pleasant. Would come here again!

I decided to come here on whim to get a fresh full set. Their base price for this is $33 (they need to update their website ), and I got a coffin shape, which was an additional $5, and paid with a card so an ADDITIONAL $1, which came to an undeserving, disappointing $39 spent on a tragic set of nails. The gentleman I had do them had the audacity to ask me if I did my nails myself (I came in with painted nails, done because I hate having chipped nails and needed a quick fix until I could get to a salon) and when I said yes, he told me they "weren't good". 3. Disappointed in the color-it was nothing like the fake nail example
4. My gel mani only lasted a week last time i came here. And my typical pedi was more than what was stated on the website!
I typically like this place because it's small and not crowded but lately the service have been sub-par and I can't deal with the dishonesty of their pricing

I had the most RUDE experience ever in this spa and can't fathom how the person who I dealt with is even working there still. The only way that seems possible is if, perhaps, he is the owner - he's not exactly going to fire himself. I can't say what I'd like to say about him here but.... someone needs to straighten him out. People go to nail salons to get pampered an relax. Not to be insulted, ignored, treated like trash. I've gone here before to get a fill in and i was very surprised at the price but i was desperate to get a fill in quick so i got it done. But where i usually go it's only 20 plus a tip and they do excellent work. Anyways when i went for my fill in they did a good job and were nice. BUT this last time all i needed was for them to replace a nail that broke and they were hesitant to do it i don't understand why because it wasn't a bad break so no blood or scabs and they were very rude about it saying things like "i shouldn't get it done, but it's my choice"

Poor customer service and even worse materials. I paid $50 for removal and a fresh set of acrylic with gel polish on a Friday. By Sunday I had two broken thumbs. I went to get one fixed aha here lady who did it has an attitude when I asked for her to glue the cracks on one and replace the other. This makes no sense to charge that much and to have this many issues. My coffin look like narrow squares. Save your energy and go somewhere else.

Terrible terrible terrible! I came in with my boyfriend to get him his first pedicure. We made an appointment and even purchased the most expensive pedicure with hopes of getting the best experience with grooming, scrubs, and aroma therapy. But when it came down to actually polishing my toes, it was so messy and rushed. My cuticles weren't thoroughly cut, she re-polished my big toes a million times, got polish all over my toe, everywhere BUT my actual toe nail, missed the side of my toe nails and got upset with me for pointing it out. However if I'm spending 45 just to get my feet scrubbed

First time here & I won't be back. My sister, mom & I came in to get pedicures. When deciding on a color the I picked up what appeared to be a regular polish but ended up being gel the OWNER yelled DONT TOUCH employees only which was unnecessary. Also my nail tech VAN was very rude and never introduced herself. Everything I asked her to do was questioned even as simple as a cut down on my toes. She talked the entire time and wasn't focused on doing my toes. Also if you plan on paying with a card there is a 1.00 fee Or you have a option to use their ATM for a .50 fee which is ridiculous

This place is located in a busy shopping center near best buy, but that means they have plenty of parking, and have a ton of customers!
Kind of surprised that there are not more reviews, this place is busy, so while they do take walk-ins, I'd recommend making an appointment. We walked in and they were full, so we made an appointment for an hour later and went shopping around there.
The shop is nicely decorated, clean, open, and reasonably priced. They have a variety of services and different options available for each.
