I just recently moved to Boston for a job. The move was completely last minute and I was crunched on time to find a place while starting my new job. Definitely stressful! Paul Phillips is who I worked with and he went above and beyond! Within a matter of a week, he helped me find my beautiful apartment in Somerville. He was responsive to all forms of communication: texts, phone calls, and emails. He even met me on a Sunday (his day off) to go over the move-in and to ensure I had everything I needed for the least stressful move-in. I saw the listing for an apartment online that checked all of our boxes in Brookline. We worked with Bill Hunt at Metro Realty and were quickly approved for the apartment. Bill set up an in-person tour within days, and also identified additional properties that met our criteria. He impressed us with his deep knowledge of the property, unit, and neighborhood. Bill was very responsive and delivered prompt, thorough, answers to all of our questions. He helped us through every step of the rental process. Samantha Abreu contacted us, and since we were short with time (we were traveling abroad the next day), she was able to find three apartments in our price range for us to visit on the same day. She was very professional and on time. Sam guided us in the entire process and was very patient when we had issues signing the contract and making the first payment, since we were in Argentina.

Paul was great through the entire process of leasing the apartment. He was honest and professional, and told us exactly what to expect if we were to go through the lease, if the decision were to be made. We just moved in from abroad and was having difficulties in setting up a lot of things needed to sign the lease. He was very understanding, and he helped us through a complicated process with extreme ease. Would highly recommend!

Finding an apartment in Boston, especially the Brookline area, can be very difficult. A friend recommended Metro Realty, which was truly a game changer. Bill Hunt showed me that using a broker was certainly the easier, more efficient way to find a great apartment. Bill was really prompt with his communications, on time to our appointment, and took the time to explain not only the listing, but provided insight into the overall market, the search, good neighborhoods, etc. I would highly recommend Bill for your search.
