Another copy and paste housing community brought from the worst places in America. The architecture that is known for its cheap design, short lifespan, and quick construction yet is sold at a premium price. There is nothing close around it within a half mile perimeter Instead of being walkable liked described, it is only suited for those who like to drive but enjoy basking in the image of “walk ability”. We have been living here for about four months now, and we are happy to call Modera our home. Even my cat is very content, and he is one sensitive cat. Everything is managed and kept to the highest standard, thanks to the incredible staff, and being able to rely on them takes a huge weight off our shoulders. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to live around Needham.

One of the best, if not the best, complex we have lived in Massachusetts. The staff is always eager and available to respond questions and help with the moving in/out process. The amenities are well maintained and cleaned. The units are modern and spacious.The moving in process was a breeze. 100% recommended without any second thought.

My mother applied for an apartment and was denied, the issue was picking up her refundable $500 application fee. We called ahead to ensure she could pick it up on Saturday. Carlos in the leasing office informed her she could pick it up between 10am and 5pm per the leasing office hours. We’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes only for him to tell her we have to wait 30 more minutes for him to conduct a tour for prospective tenants, who arrived after we did. I understand the leasing office has priorities but I think it is inefficient and rude to keep people waiting for something that only takes

This is an amazing place to live. What makes this place amazing more than anything is the staff. Molly the manager is beyond amazing and Alex the assistant manager is so kind and knowledgeable. Diane works for all the Modera's so hard. Chris the maintenance manager and Christian his tech do an amazing job helping keep the complex in great working order. The only thing missing from the town of Needham, is a publix. I sure do love those sandwiches 🤔

The best value for money, excellent location and various great amenities. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Management team led by Molly are super friendly and helpful. We leased for a year when we moved to the US after in-depth careful screening vs all other similar places in Needham and neighboring towns, Modera Needham wins by far. Great community and nice neighbors as well. Walking distance from Broadmeadow school, very close to the high way yet we don't hear the noise. Highly recommended for families indeed.
