While Ashanti's Treats officially opened in 2020, Ashanti Long has been serving his family and community baking cakes and pies for over 15 years. His wife, Tatia, is his inspiration as her sweet tooth has encouraged him to experiment with delicious new ingredients since they married in 1997. When outside of the kitchen, he can be found coaching his teenage son in basketball, football or playing golf with friends.

Got the gluten free chocolate and red velvet mini bundt cakes as well as the gluten free cookies (blueberry jam and white chocolate strawberry) and these are by far the best gluten free desserts i’ve had in the last 6 years of being gluten free. everything was so moist and flavorful and it felt like i was eating the real thing it was amazing

My son and I eat gluten free and are new to the area so we decided to look online for gluten free goodies. We found Ashanti’s Treats and are so happy we did! We ordered a gluten free rum Bundt cake and it was amazing!! My husband who doesn’t follow a gluten free diet tried the Bundt and he was blown away at the moistness and flavor! Can’t wait to try another! You won’t be disappointed!

So just let me start by saying the items Ashanti bakes hit every sense you have. The smell alone will have you excited. The taste takes me back to my childhood where everything was homemade from scratch. All of the textures are spot on, from the apple crust to the chewy and flaky deliciousness of the Texas Gold Bar. My wife fell in love with her Strawberry Cookies and Texas Gold Bars. We definitely recommend purchasing items from Ashanti’s Treats. We can’t wait to try more.

I asked Ashanti to surprise me with two random flavors for an order of Gluten-Free mini bundt cakes, and he did not disappoint me in the slightest. The lemon blueberry cakes were probably the best sweets I have eaten since being diagnosed with celiac disease a few years back, and the red velvet cakes were not far behind. It hard to find delicious gluten free sweets, and Ashanti went the extra mile to make it happen for me.

Ashanti was spectacular! I ordered a very large order of 34 dozen cookies to give to my employees. THEY WERE AMAZING! Everyone loved them, they were so soft, tasty, fresh and just magnificent. If 10 stars were available, I'd like 10. 10/10 would highly recommend for small orders or large orders. Communication is timely, professional and compassionate. Treat yourself - you'll be happy you did!

We ordered the vegan strawberry butter cake and it was BY FAR the best vegan cake (or any cake to be honest) that I have had. It was moist and insanely flavorful. You could tell the strawberry flavor was real and fresh. I personally loved the crunch of the glaze/sugar on the outside of the cake. We started with a smaller slice, and every single person went back for seconds!
For those worried about shipping, I couldn't recommend it enough. The cake showed up perfectly intact and it was moist and delicious for up to a week after we received it (but I doubt it will last that long if you order it
