For Christmas my son & DIL had a beautiful arrangement sent to me. Instead of watering, I would add ice cubes. Trimmed the stems a couple times, placed in the fridge when we had to leave town. They lived for nearly a month!
I mentioned to my husband that if he ever wanted to send me flowers, to please use The Flower Dome as I was totally impressed with the arrangement, design and how long they lasted.
My husband ordered Valentine's flowers for me that arrived on the 13th. Today is the 18th and they are prettier today than the first day! I am so impressed with the quality and beauty of the flowers

So rude. My mom just had surgery and was trying to get flowers delivered. Instead of saying let me see what I can do give me the address he said ”probably not...the village is 20 miles long” with a terrible attitude. Whatever happened to friendliness? Making a stop off the highway in Arkadelphia rather spend money in a place like that. Awful.

I normally don’t take the time to do reviews online (probably should more often)....but I wanted to praise Flower Dome for a job well done today! I called (out of state) for a same day delivery to my mother-in-law in HSV and the person on the phone was helpful and professional. But most importantly, the arrangement was gorgeous! She sent me pictures and I was very pleased! So thank you for brightening her day!

When you are out of town and trying to send beautiful arrangements to loved ones in Hot Springs Village, this is the place to call!!! I have sent a few arrangements, ranging from get well to standing sprays and they have been impeccably arranged and done to my request. The spray was under a tight deadline and they went above and beyond to meet my deadline and each time I call, they are so friendly and helpful. They are definitely going to be my go to local florists!

A true Mother's Day success! I was so delighted with the bouquet that arrived for my mother yesterday! I simply told Brent what flowers she liked, and he took it from there! I am so pleased with the service and products I've ordered from Flower Dome! I live in Arizona and my mom lives in Hot Springs. I like to send her fresh flowers on special occasions and have used Flower Dome several times. Most recently I sent her a birthday bouquet and not only was it beautiful and above expectations when it arrived, it's still beautiful a week later, as evidenced by the photo my mom sent me to show how lovely it still is. When ordering flowers from online establishments, it's a leap of faith that you'll get what you paid for and that it will arrive fresh

They were able to take my money and order but not tell me they were going to be closed on the day of delivery. They didn't even have the flowers they recommended. I got a call 2 days later telling me they didn't deliver the flowers and not even an offer of any compensation. Not a way to celebrate. I'm from out of town and needed to trust the process
