Bringing my business over from Francis's flowers in Little Rock my wife took new job in Benton and had roses delivered and they were more than perfect. I like that the delivery person made sure to hand deliver to my wife's office even though normally they must leave at the front lobby. Thanks so much

Received an arrangement ordered from out of state. It was poorly arranged and looked like a bunch of leaves were stuffed in to vase way to big around for the amount of flowers. Then to top it off they plopped a red bird in the middle of it. I have not told the sender yet, but am so disappointed with this how the arrangement looks. UPDATE: I received a call from the flower shop. She inquired about my previous review. She said she was sorry I was not pleased with the arrangement and sent a new arrangement. The new arrangement is beautiful.

I spent 2 days trying to get the simplest order delivered the same day with 2 other companies. Paid for expedited delivery and all, and they both failed to deliver or failed to fulfill the orders. I called and the lady said they could get it done no problem, found out that the companies I tried first were not local florist and basically they are huge ripoffs. Check to see if they are local before you order. But she said she could get it all together and delivered the same day, and I called about 1:30 in the afternoon. Thank you for saving me!

Payed a 114.00 for flowers 3days before wifes birthday to be sent to her work! Mind you these flower are what they told me they could do! She gets them 2 flowers was all that was bloomed out! So I called tryed saying would be nice in a couple days ! Really couple days after her birthday so finely got money back with we are sorry note! So totally BS dont trust them with anything important!!!

After hours last night & this morning online without success, trying to send a "plant basket", not flowers to a small town in Arkansas. I called 'Your store'! Thank goodness my niece, Kayla, referred me to you! Michelle took care of my drama, found my perfect dish garden, and delivery will be there this afternoon! My order was taken, delivery verified, product approved! And the price & delivery were equally a pleasant. Loved doing business with Home & Flowers! Thank you!

I ordered flowers from a Avas earlier today for my mothers birthday. Two hours later I receive a phone call they could not deliver today, on her birthday!! I canceled the order and called Flowers and Home. They were extremely helpful, polite, and they are getting the order ready now to deliver TODAY!! If I had known, I would have ordered from this company to begin with. I’ll definitely use this florist again.

These folks are awesome!!! I called and talked to Amber...she was so very nice and helped me with my order for my cousin.she sent me a text of the flowers...it was beautiful!!! So thank you Amber and Flowers &Home for helping make my sweet cousins day...I will surely use you all again and recommend you to my friends!!

Pleasant review from phone call to delivery confirmation. I am a florist in Texas and I called to have flowers delivered for a dear client whose aunt passed in Benton. Flowers & Home customized an arrangement better than I even asked for!!! Tom was kind, funny, and pleasant to speak with ... and the quality of his work made the experience even better.
