Letta's Flowers & Gifts

If you are ordering flowers from this place off their website, don't expect them to look anything like what you are paying for. I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day and my god, what they delivered looks like they should be going to someone in a hospital. There are two pics in this post. The first is the picture from their website and what I thought would be delivered or very close to it. The second is what they delivered, THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE EACH OTHER. Not sure how they got such a high rating online, but what they delivered for me is not what I would call a "Deluxe" arrangement

Worst flower shop I've ever visited. I needed a bouquet for a birthday. They gave me pine needles, cheap filler, and 2 almost dead, faded roses. Also, they apparently think the mask mandate doesn't apply to them. Allowing customers inside with no mask at all. Most employees weren't wearing one. One employee had a mask but was more of a chin diaper with her mouth and nose exposed. I'm not sure what the point of a mask is wearing it like that. Se of us have auto immune diseases. I never leave these reviews but thought I would give a shout out to Letta's Flowers. I have a friend that is having health issues and I wasn't sure if or when she would be home, but I wanted to brighten her day. I added in the instructions section that if she was not home to leave the flowers on the doorstep. The delivery person went the extra mile and called my friend, my friend explained that she was in the hospital, so the delivery driver texted my friend a picture of the flowers and instantly cheered her up. Bought these over the phone and had them delivered to my wife for my anniversary. I can say that I am very pleased with the outcome! I didn't get the name of the woman that helped me with my order but she was extremely helpful and very friendly. Will definitely shop here again!

I have never written a review like this before but I felt it was necessary due to the absolute lack of customer service & professionalism that I have experienced from Lettas flowers and gifts. DO NOT order flowers from here. I’m not even sure how this place is still in business. I am one of many people who have had horrible experiences here.
My boyfriend ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentine’s Day two weeks in advance. My mom waited at home all day for them to be delivered, but they never came. They also did not answer the phone for either one of us.

I ordered flowers for my husband’s grandma’s funeral. They left my name off the card. My husband’s employer sent flowers from there and they completely messed the name up on the card also. I saw another card that said prayong instead of praying. They need a new typist. Flowers were pretty and delivered on time.

Went my great grand mothers funeral blanket of roses was ordered along with a cross of roses with mom on it. It didn't get delivered on time. And when they did show up after the funeral was over. They didn't leave the flowers because they weren't gonna get paid.
