When our beautiful daughter passed away, Miss Dorothy was a godsend. I could not have imagined that someone in her position could be as compassionate and concerned about our family and helping us deal with our unimaginable loss, as well as giving our daughter the dignified farewell that she deserved. She is genuine and just a beautiful soul that God has placed on this Earth to comfort others in their time of loss. I have never met anyone like her. I can never thank her enough.

Not sure who Helen Watts is but she is way off base. I feel this is in response to what happened with the loss of my loved one. Dorothy was very kind and compassionate. She in no way deterred me. My decision to try to help others came as I was blindsided within a short time of my loved ones passing asking if I would be willing to donate. I was completely taken by surprise as I had not even had time to process in my own mind what had just happened. When I consented I specifically asked if it would prolong how long it took for the funeral home to receive the body and was assured it would not. However
