Located in Historic Germantown, Tipsy Cafe & Catering is a purveyor of fine Contempary Food from the esteemed Chef Anh Vongbandith. Tipsy Cafe & Catering was created to share contemporary style foods in the Philadelphia area. Flavors are a mixture from Chef Anh's background and travels. We strive on creating fresh, healthy, and affordable foods.
Almost all of our sauces, marinades and spices are created in-house. All burgers, wings, etc are always fresh and never frozen. Tipsy Cafe is a take out restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with a large emphasis on catering pick-up and delivery. We also participate with off-site catering and events upon requests.

This was my first time eating from here and my husband and I enjoyed what we ordered. We'll be back to try their breakfast soon. Things I'd recommend trying are their wings(the spicy bbq sauce was tasty), the garlic fried rice(blew my mind), and the cheesesteak rolls were good as well. I bought a slice of lemon cake because I had a sweet craving and that was delicious too. I am very impressed and I am a hard woman to please, believe me.

My husband has been bringing our family food from this spot for about 2 weeks now (since we first discovered it). We had been on a good break from eating out as we were sick of paying top dollar for subpar food. However, I am super thrilled this place is within a reasonable distance from our home. They house amazing food with a creative yet truly yummy spin on seemingly the most run of the mill options.
"House chips" for example are thinly sliced and crispy fried potatoes that were WARM when we got them. I can't even begin to explain how much of a pleasant surprise that was.

I went to Tipsy Cafe and it was simply delicious. My food was ready and HOT. The customer service was also good. I tried the Shrimp BLT with no bacon, the Veggie Empanadas, and Veggie Spring Rolls and all of it was tasty. Since I’ve been going there, I have sent my sisters and coworkers. Everyone enjoys their food. So glad they’re in Germantown. Hopefully they will not only be in our community, but they will be a part of our community as well. I love to see establishments who also give back to the very community they service. Happy Eating Good People.

All I can say is WOW, the food was great! It’s hard to find good breakfast spots and I love good food because I cook myself. I ordered through DoorDash because I live a little far and don’t drive but my food was great! I order a platter called the hungry man with two meats eggs any style potatoes and choice of bread. I also got a bacon egg and cheese on a delicious homemade soft crumbly biscuit and some cheesy spicy grits and iced coffee. The prices are great and the portions are good as well. My food arrived nice and warm well packaged and smelling good. New go to for breakfast, definitely
