This shop is amazing! Buster rebuilt the wheel on my bike so that I wouldn't miss a day of riding while we waited for the new one to be shipped from Florida. It's more than customer service, it's a shared love of cycling. Regardless if you're a beginner like me, or a 2x National Champion, they will treat you like family!

Without writing a dissertation on just how awesome Aaron is, I'll say this: Aaron is the epitome of excellent customer service. After much research, I was ready to buy my first recumbent trike. Aaron spent a good hour and a half with me answering questions and making sure my new trike fit me perfectly, and I had everything I needed; at no time did I ever feel pressured to buy more accessories, etc. You can tell Aaron is passionate about trikes and bikes, and truly wants you to be happy with your purchase. And my experience wasn't just a fluke; two weeks later, Aaron helped me make an adjustment

Aaron was so awesome in helping me find the best e-bike for me. He instructed me on how to operate it and how it folded up to go in my car. I even video taped it so I had a reference to help me. Aaron was very patient and made sure I understood. All the people in the bike shop were very friendly and helpful too. They also bought my old bike which was almost new. Thank you and I am excited to get riding. I recommend this shop 100%

The team at Bixby Bicycles was great to work with! My bike was in a little bit of rough shape and they fixed me up with a tune-up, new wheels, tires, new cables, and more. They gave me great recommendations for what would give me the greatest benefit for an upcoming Ironman Race for riding long distance over a hilly course. Without me even asking, they completed all of the work in 1 day to ensure I had my bike back ready to train over the weekend. My bike looks and feels brand new and definitely gives me much greater speed and better ride! I'd highly recommend Bixby Bicycles for new equipment or

There are fewer and fewer places where one can receive the kind of service we have received at Bixby Bicycles. All of the staff have been accommodating, professional, and polite. Recently, my daughter brought a wheel and tire in to be repaired. I was trying to teach her a lesson about taking care of her things, and Aaron immediately sensed what was happening. He then discounted the tire so that she would have a more durable option, and then gave her a complete tutorial on how to change a tire. I will not buy a bike anywhere else as long as I am a Tulsa resident.

These guys go over and above. I am a quick study of stellar customer service. Aaron Neutzman went over the top to provide me with every bit of information as a novice to out fit my family with bikes specific to each one. They allowed us to test ride bikes and and choose the ones that will fit our needs as a family. Buster was supportive as well. Great job guys on five stars. I highly recommend these folks. I have bought three bikes from Bixby Bicycles. I should have bought all five there.
