A love of food led me to pursue a degree in culinary arts. I learned comfort food from an early age. Pan fried steak from my grandmother fueled me to produce beef tenderloin with fig and bleu cheese preserves. Mashed potatoes gave way to fingerlings with creme fraiche and caviar. At Bleu & Fig, we create Modern American comfort food.
The idea of food without love doesn't make sense to us. Bleu & Fig has been serving the Columbus area for over a decade now.

Services
We require a minimum $35 order and 5 days notice on all pickup orders, please. Make sure to let us know the date & time that you plan to pick up your order when checking out. The pick up address is 1160 W. Broad Street (our commercial kitchen and cafe is located in the same building as the Jubilee Market).
Our stylish and intimate event venue located at the corner of Garden & High in Clintonville. Perhaps you're here because you are searching for the perfect dreamy space to throw a shower, birthday party, intimate wedding, rehearsal dinner, retirement party, graduation party, or a small celebration for up to 50 guests.
Bleu & Fig is PERFECT for smaller weddings. They took care of the food, flowers, and all set-up (cloths, table, chairs, altar, tent, dining ware, etc.), and it was a very low-stress process for me, the bride. It was extremely well-priced and we could bring in our own beer and wine. The location is also beautiful for an outdoor wedding that also has a rain option.

We had my son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner at Bleu & Fig in December.
We were so happy with everything the food, the beautiful venue, the excellent and attentive service!!!
For December, the owners mom places holiday displays in the windows and the interior is beautifully decorated to create a magical winter wonderland.
Both Stephanie, the coordinator and owner Brooke were fantastic to work with and made things so easy for us during what can be a hectic time.
And most importantly, our guests loved the food!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Bleu & Fig this weekend. Brooke was so kind, easy to work with and accommodating. She went above and beyond to provide excellent hors d’oeuvres for a Christmas party and everyone raved about the food. I was introduced to Blue & Fig a couple of months ago and I have fallen in love with their food. The Chicken Salad is mouth watering, the couscous salad is the sweet refreshing treat you need in to boost your day, the candied bacon cheddar dip with pitas was the hit of the office, and the fresh toast is to die for! Bleu & Fig catered our wedding at Seventh Son Brewery. The food was amazing and their servers were kind, courteous, and professional. The entire process was easy, from selecting the menu (we went with the signature brunch!), to signing the contracts, to the day of the wedding. The Bleu & Fig team arrived promptly to our venue and began setting up. They kept everything full, helped clear tables, and tore down neatly. We had a great experience and absolutely recommend them!

What an awesome experience! We held my daughters bridal shower at Bleu and Fig and every aspect of our interaction with the team was amazing! Nice quaint event venue on High Street! I loved the decor inside. It was a bit challenging to find from the side street although it is literally on high street. I only say the catering and venue etched or decaled on the window and not a larger sign that said Bleu and Fig, only a small business card holder on the side of the door that let me know I had arrived. I wanted to share how great Bleu & Fig are! Not only was the food delicious, but so was the service! I ordered a catering event to go and picked up the day before my event. I had an event on a Sunday and was really struggling to want to reheat anything, I just didn't want the added stress of it. Stephanie was great and suggested an item on the new Spring/Summer menu, pesto chicken and a potato salad; which can be served cold/room temperature. She also gave great suggestions for vegetarian options; which can also be served cold! My guests all loved the food! They couldn't stop talking about

I've always had a wonderful experience with this company. My family and I have had brunch in their event space many times and the food and the atmosphere is great. Chef Brooke does an outstanding job, not only with the food, but with making sure everyone feels welcome.

My family and I had the best time at a Special Brunch at Bleu and Fig with Chef Brooke and Her wonderful staff!! The dining space was very big and open , with beautiful decor and a wonderful front window, that was spot on and decorated with the perfect touch!
The brunch was scrumptious , and included delicious crème brûlée French toast, her specialty, candied bacon! A colorful variety of many kinds of seasonal fruit hit the spot; and much more!

Nice owner lady here. Very nice and seems to be on her stuff. Down to earth indeed. I love the creativity with the menu and the tastes are always an experience. How can one come up with so many different combinations that seem strange but works! The interior is very intimate and homely with some fascinating adornments. Furniture chic and wall art exceptional. Please keep up the great work and represent Clintonville pretty nice.

It was last minute with only 2 weeks to plan and from the initial contact with Chef Brooke she was so professional, accommodating, and willing to work within my timeline and budget. Was hosting a bridal shower for my niece who is an absolute foodie. Decided to try something different so based on Yelp reviews, i contacted Bleu & Fig. Within a couple of emails with the talented Chef Brooke and Meghan we nailed down a menu within my price range. The setup was beautiful and was the exact sophistication I was looking for and completely delicious!! Alex was wonderful, unobtrusive, and blended in perfectly. I recently had a surprise anniversary party catered by Bleu & Fig and it was the best decision I ever could have made! I live in Chicago so was planning from afar with the help of some family members who were local. Brooke and Meghan were so available and answered all of my questions so quickly and thoroughly. I was so anxious the day of the event, I got to the venue early and Meghan was already there, all of my anxiety just melted away at that point. The food was beyond delicious, the set up was amazing and the staff was great! I would definitely use them for another event!

I went to Bleu and Fig for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough! The setting was perfect - it was a private location for our 30 guests. The venue had lovely seasonal decor, we didn't have to do any decorating at all. The best part about the venue was the food! Bleu and Fig did an incredible job with the food that they provided. Bleu & Fig is amazing! Everyone on this team is talented, hard-working and wonderful. They catered our wedding and did an amazing job - we needed to serve a kosher-style menu, and Bleu & Fig worked carefully to be sure that all of our family's dietary needs were met. I have never written a Yelp review before, but I signed up just to rave about the wonderful, amazing crew at Bleu & Fig. Chef Brooke, Meghan, and everyone we came into contact at this wonderful establishment were the ABSOLUTE BEST. They were so good I honestly wish I could have used a time machine, traveled back ten years, and had them cater my own wedding. Delicious food, amazing people, and gorgeous presentation. I'd give 'em more than five stars if I could.

I've had the distinct pleasure of dining with Bleu & Fig at least a dozen times and they never disappoint! Every meal has been extremely well executed and well presented. Their new event space in Clintonville is tastefully designed and a great spot for anything from a cocktail party to a wedding reception. I especially love their Candied Bacon and Parmesan & Fennel Shortbread! I can't wait to see what Chef Brooke and her team cook up next!

Our wedding guests still rave about Blue & Fig's catering, three years later. I personally love all of the food, their flare and the new event space. Chef Brooke and Regina are the kind of event planners that will get to know you, then think of everything and genuinely be excited to share in your special day. I called Brooke 2 days before a lunch event that I needed catered. She was quick to reply with a menu and price. The staff arrived on time and set up a beautiful lunch. The doctors office that I was feeding could not have been happier with the food quality and set up (the disposable pressed palm leaf plates were a hit!) Bleu and Fig staff showed up as requested to clear the remaining food and take their serving bowls and utensils back.
