Services
Liberation Yoga was founded in 2008 by Adrea and David Robles and was the culmination of their dream to create a sacred space and a community of like-minded people. Liberation has since expanded to include a range of talented teachers, massage therapists and others, allowing us to offer a range of services and specialties.
Whether you've never taken a Yoga class before or already have a strong practice, at Liberation Yoga you'll find classes at your level that are challenging, fun, and enlightening. We offer yoga in several different styles and levels, so you can find your ideal yoga class. Let go and sink into the bliss in a Restorative Yoga class.
All massages will be completed as house calls. We ask that you have a space that can fit a massage table, either inside the house with masks on, or on a breezy porch or outside setting. Please contact your therapist of choice directly, to schedule a session, as we are currently unable to offer a receptionist.
Acupuncture has been used as an ancient form of healing in Asia for over 8000 years. By accessing a patient's Qi (energy) via fine needles, the acupuncturist is able to unblock and balance any conditions that arise in the body. Any pain or illness in the body is considered to be an obstruction of the normal flow or Qi.
Discover how to build different restorative classes that not only create rest and renewal but provide for contemplation and discovery. How to build a restorative class that focuses on how the student feels after the practice and learn how and when to ask the questions that bring about a deeper inquiry into the mystery of life.

Great classes that are both fun, and help you refine your form. Lovely studio that provides hot tea and cookies for after class and the space for developing community with other yogis. Highly recommended!
