We are so greatful to have met and work with Mr. Thong, Victoria, and Matthew. They are all so sweet and very helpful. Victoria helped me with everything, even getting my cake ordered because we were out of town. She was there for me at the reception and brought me appetizers when I was hungry. Matthew was also great, we used him as our DJ/MC.

I can not say enough about this venue. Trying to plan a birthday bash during a pandemic was stressful enough, but Paracel seafood and Matthew helped us to make our visions come to life. The venue was amazing and we got nothing but positive comments from our friends and family.
The 8 course feast was amazing and flavorful. We changed our menu a little , trying to accommodate most of our guest.
And Chu Thong (the owner ) and his beautiful wife Miss Lee (head of kitchen ) had no issues with the change and we're wonderful to work with. Matthew the sons owner was our DJ and Mc for the event, and

We had our long overdue wedding reception just recently which was postponed last year due to covid and I cannot express how amazing everything was.
From the very beginning (2 years ago) when we booked with them, they have always been so helpful and accommodating to us and even stayed in contact with us during Covid to let us know that whenever we were ready to celebrate they would be available.
Matthew and Chu Thong were such hospitable and great hosts from Chu Thong walking around greeting our guests at each table throughout the evening to Matthew (our AMAZING DJ!!!) getting the crowd hyped up

Went here for a wedding and had such a great time! The venue itself was so nice and classy, loved the decor and the chandeliers that surrounded the space. Also, parking was super easy as the lot is huge.
The food served was delicious - the Peking duck and walnut shrimp were my faves of the night. But everything we had was good!
The emcee duo was super entertaining and I'm glad the father did the Viet portion for the family members and guests who mostly speak Vietnamese. The servers were all super friendly and helpful.

Paracel hosted our rehearsal dinner and tea ceremony before our wedding. The decor inside is pretty with white curtains lining the walls and lights that can be changed to various colors. We had a slideshow play on their TVs. They also had a stage, dance floor, and sound system that we took advantage of. They had a full bar as well. The food was EXCELLENT! It's family owned. They put together all the dishes we wanted to include in our 9 course menu, even arranged some dishes better suited for the American palette. All of our guests were impressed by the food and set-up. AMAZING! Just so amazing! I recently had my wedding here and I just want to say the owner along with his son are the best human beings on earth! They were both very accommodating and helped me with everything and so much more with this event. I really couldn't ask for a better team, location, delicious food, service, and just literally everything!
The venue itself is beautifully decorated and all I had to do was let them know my colors so that they can choose the lighting and napkins for the tables on the day of the event. They allowed us to use the whole restaurant including the dance floor

Paracel Seafood restaurant is well-known for doing catering and wedding. Today I have a chance to visit the restaurant. The first sign was the beautiful decoration. The food was amazing. They also offered veggie dishes. Mr. Hoang Thong, the boss was fantastic. He was the MC for the night of the wedding. He speaks two languages English and Vietnamese. He has a good voice. I would definitely book him for MC if there is any party in the future.

Paracel seafood catered my vow renewal (wedding-like event off-site) and they were amazing in every way. Paracel provided us with appetizers, multi-course dinner, champagne, cake cutting materials. Our menu had traditional asian cuisine and served family style on a lazy susan--and it was so much food!! Guests were thoroughly impressed that they would not go home hungry, and yes, they provide to-go boxes for anyone wishing to take leftovers home.

Very non-descript building located in the middle of a strip mall. However, inside is pretty nice and spacious with a dance floor and stage.
The food was pretty good. I believe it was shark fin or crab soup and it was really good. Other dishes that were tasty were the walnut shrimp, fried fish, and fried rice. The lobster on top of the spicy noodles was also pretty good.

We loved everything about our experience with Paracel, from booking the venue almost a year ago, to taking care of us during our wedding reception! Their packages seemed to be made for us. When we booked them and realized we didn't have to worry about drappings, linens, wedding cake, audio/visual system, lighting, table linens, bar services, chairs, and great food, we knew we found the right place! Just about every other venue we checked out had upcharges for everything I just listed.

I came here for my friends' wedding. My first impression with this restaurant is the decoration and the cleanliness. I love how people decorate the light, flowers, bars,etc. I was impressed by DJ Matthew as he hosted the party passionately along with his way of playing music. The food was super delicious and looking really good. Furthermore, I love how it was decorated. Definitely have had a great experience with this restaurant and will choose this restaurant if I need to host a birthday party, graduation party, or wedding.

I came here at waterfront beach resort for my sister wedding party. The food was so impressive and i got to know that the food was supplied by paracel seafood restaurant. They have the best catering and decoration here. The chicken salad was my favorite as the sauce fits my taste well. Furthermore, i love the filetMigon beef, and the noodle stir with lobster. I have had a great experience here and would love to rate this restaurant 5 stars-- nice service also!!!!!

This is my first time been here at Seafood Paracel. I came here to celebrate one of my cousin's graduation party. To be honest, I love the food here. It is so impressive and there is one word to describe- AMAZING. I love how MC Matthew hosts the party. He is a fantastic MC with a great way of hosting the party. This is a professional restaurant that I would love to recommend people to come to try out. If you need to host a party do not hesitate, Paracel Seafood restaurant is the best choice that you would never regret. Best restaurant ever!! Come and try. I rated this restaurant 5 starts because

This restaurant has perfect food. Especially the lobster and the thai hot pot is wonderful. I came here for the wedding and enjoyed the food a lot. DJ Matthew is wonderful. I just come back here on Thursday and Friday. The restaurant opens for dine in and walk in. Perfect choice for a dinner with your family. You should come and try out the dishes and listen to the band. Omg I swear it is so fantastic. There is no restaurant that can compare to this restaurant. I have to say this is the best restaurant in OC. Very very wonderful. Highly recommended.

Matthew and his parents are Godsends! Where else can you book food catering, a full bar, a venue, and an awesome DJ! Look no further, here’s your one stop shop! Listen to the other reviews and do yourself a favor and book Paracel for your wedding, birthday, large family gatherings. They are so accommodating. Matthew does a great job of answering your questions. My main concern was if the food from the tasting was going to taste the same day of the wedding. Our guests loved the food! No complaints there! The bar was stocked. And the bartenders knew how to mix perfectly portion drinks! The wedding
