Our management team cumulatively has over 15yrs of experience in Residential Property Management, Marketing, Maintenance of Rental Property, Leasing Laws and Property Management Accounting. Our company believes strongly in outstanding customer service support for all of our clients - both tenants and property owners/managers. We are here to make your stay in your rental home as comfortable as possible within the terms of your lease. Either way we promise to respond to all requests and provide prompt attention to your issues/concerns promptly or within 24 hours.
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, or place a copy in the lockbox provided then I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.

Tenants are able to pay online using a credit or debit card or a checking account. You also have the option to setup recurring transactions so each month your rent payments will be paid out of your checking account with no effort on your part. Please speak to an agent to setup recurring payments or e-check payments instructions.

DO NOT contract with this company. They managed my property terribly. Very uncommunicative, and took forever to find tenants for my house. All the tenants they found broke the lease and didn’t pay all the rent and left me with utility bills. The last tenant didnt pay a single months rent. Now they say I owe them!

Bunch of cheater and highly unprofessional people to deal with. They will charge management fee but in return you will get zero services. In one year time they messed up so bad with one of our 7 unit rental property that we had to sell it eventually at huge losses. Fake bills, invoice and fake work order with only one objective to make money for themselves.

If you are finding the best property manager in that area, I you have found it. I had a lot of expirence on this kind of services in alot of countries and never found professional service like this. Is not only a professional service, is a family. I reccomend to all of needs on this services to hire this company.
