What an amazing company Mr. Barnett and his staff are very knowledgeable. They have been able to take my none performing properties and turn them into performing assets. My last management company who I will not name almost caused me to lose my entire portfolio. Ms. Byrd and Ms. Dianna are just as amazing. Thank you Premier for helping me turn things around. I recently moved in to my new place with Premier. I used a real estate agent to help me find a place because I'm not from Baltimore. The process was not hard. I was approved in about 3 days. I paid my deposit and moved in a week later. The people at the office were really nice and very helpful.

I recently switched over to PPMI from another management company. The staff is very knowledgeable, I love the fact that someone answers the phone when you call. I never have an issue with reaching anyone when ever I've had a question. Good company to work with the owner Mr. Barnett has also helped me sell off two of my bad properties and we now looking to pick up one new property. It good to have one place i can go for everything.

They are very anxious to get you to apply and once you have you have to keep calling them to ask for updates ! Star comes off as agitated when you call to followed up after you didn’t receive a call back that she stated she would give , I have a Great credit score i added someone over 18 who credit is fair ( no credit) and they said that was a disqualification. When I told on the phone my application looks great. But by law they are suppose to tell you why you wasn’t approve so I’m guessing that was what they came up. I was very kind when calling but I received attitude because I was asking

I have worked with Premier for many years. They are very good at taking care of my property. I love their year-end statement. It makes tax return prep a breeze. Ms. Dinkins does a fantastic job of responding to maintenance issues. Recently, she inspected my units and found small problems to repair before they become big and expensive problems. I wish my other property managers were this good.

I’ve been living with this property for a little over fifteen years. One of the best that I have live in. Anyway my property is very lovely. What I do like is that the rent here is affordable for me . The management is very kind and respectful when they answer their phones, for calls like paint , sink bathroom etc . The workers work very fast and they don’t leave a mess inside or outside my home. and the rental staff became my long term family.

I’ve been renting a property from this company for two years and my experience has been nothing less than awesome. Dealing with the dynamic duo, Starr Byrd and Ms Denkins, made it easy to enjoy my stay here by addressing any issues that I had, which there were barely any, promptly and with urgency. I know that if I need anything they will be right there to get the job done. Also it is very easy to pay your rent by using the website which is very easy to navigate through. The company is an all around winner in my book.
