Ignored me for months and months while my ceiling leaked and mold developed and I had to spend over $1,000 in bills for the asthma that resulted in both myself and my pet. I emailed constantly, sent them videos of the leak, and all I got was a grumpy maintenance guy who sprayed the mold over and just never cleaned it up after. The ceiling was falling apart into the shower and it made my bathroom unusable for months because of the intense odor from the mold spray and the inconsistent raining of both water and pieces of ceiling.

BMR Management in Baltimore is A HUGH THIEF of Security Deposits. My basement apartment flooded 5 times in 2017 & BMR still has not repaired it. Imagine Your Home Full Of SEWAGE! I gave proper notice & They stole my deposit saying "Unusual Wear On Apartment"! HELL, IT WOULD BE WITH ALL THE FLOODS! Do Yourself a Hugh Favor & DO NOT RENT FOR THESE PEOPLE! Also Do Not TRUST "Mr. A. Rochkind " because He Will LIE TO YOU!

This is by far the worst management company I have ever used. I had a broken window for 9 months and it was never fixed. Broken dishwasher never fixed. Cigarette holes in the carpet from the previous tenant. After professionally carpet cleaning my unit and leaving the place spotless, the "landlord" charged me for two additional cleanings. Absolutely fraudulent. Do not rent from them.

Will not return our month's rent security deposit. They are not answering my phone calls anymore. rented this apartment for daughter in school. 1st floor apartment with Windows that did not lock, never came to fix them. Hanging wire from smoke alarm that did not work. I would avoid them.

Steer clear of this company if you are looking for someone to manage your property. I was been renting my home for 13 months, and I have had little to be addressed in the home. On two occasions I had to wait months for repairs to be completed. Right now, I am waiting for my children's closet to be addressed. The shelving fell, and the owner approved the work to be done back in October. It is now the end of January, and it still not completed. No apologies from anyone at this point, no expeditious handling of my repair...nothing. Also, make sure that you keep receipts and pay your rent
