They were so thorough, kind and easy to work with. Thorough to the point that my realtor was getting annoyed- which was a huge red flag against her. I have heard to many horror stories of bad home inspections from family/ friends, and Abode Check is far from that. Utilize them, you will not regret it.

Fernando was the best. I expected a home inspector to have a checklist and go quickly through and on to the next house. As a first time homebuyer, he walked through every issue and how to fix little things with each specific appliance that came with my place. I’m thrilled my agent recommended him. I should have posted a review about Fernando long ago as I've been recommending him to clients for the past 5 years. It took me the 5 years prior to that to find him and following my first inspection with Fernando he became my #1 recommended inspector by a landslide. He is incredibly thorough and probably over qualified for the job. Every client that has ever used him (and there have been dozens) has come away from the inspection raving about their experience.
