Monarch was the florist my daughter and I chose for her her recent wedding on 6-19-21. With 11 bridesmaids and separate ceremony and reception sites, and getting ready shots at my home, there were 3 locations involved. The flowers were gorgeous, extremely fresh and exceeded my already high expectations. Everything was delivered and set up perfectly. When you choose William and Monarch you will get exceptional service, as he is always professional, but also personable and wants the bride to be happy.

I highly recommend William and Monarch florist. My daughter’s wedding was this past Memorial Day weekend at the Perry Hotel in Petoskey and William handled everything from the flowers to the table settings. We are beyond happy with his work and how beautiful everything looked. He is extremely professional, responsive to our emails and phone calls and spent a lot of time with us making sure he understood our vision — all while keeping our overall budget in mind. William, thank you for all you did to help make this special day even more special!

I reached out to monarch in January about doing my May wedding. They sent us a quote, and we went back and forth a few times over email about what we were looking for. When I mentioned we had a smaller budget and wanted them to do our three biggest and most expensive items but that someone else was doing the smaller items, they stopped messaging back. I emailed them twice more asking if they would be willing to do those for us, and I found it very unprofessional that they ghosted me and stopped messaging instead of sending a polite “no, thank you.”

I live Downstate and seeing my mother on Mother’s Day is sometimes difficult, especially with Covid restrictions. Ordered flowers online two days before, picked a price, color and had them delivered for my Mom on Mother’s Day. Beautiful flowers! Mom is beyond happy, I’m happy. Always impressed and pleased with Monarch.
