SafeKo Auto is the #1 go-to when you need auto glass repair, and lets face it living in the Bay Area we all have been faced with a broken window or two. The manager Sophal I think her name was helped me schedule a time slot and had someone out same day. Great Price too. Hopefully I won't have to deal with a broken window again... but if I do, at least I know who to call!

Owner was also the repair guy which I liked a lot. Very friendly, helpful. He was on time, came to my car, fixed it fast in 1hour. Even dropped off my keys back to my place so I didn’t even have to wait for the fix, I was out running an errand and he came to me so I could pay them he gave me a ride back home! That’s the kind of guy you want to do business with!

Tony came to my rescue again I am really grateful for your prompt professional service
So some low life decided to go around and vandalize cars for no dam reason. I never ever leave anything of value in my car, my window was broken and they took nothing because I leave nothing SUCKERSSSS
I made a call to Safeko thank baby jesus Tony answered my call. I explained what happened, gave him the year and make of my car. He told me he was going to pick up the glass and be on his way. I went back to work, he called me when he was at my car and told me I can stay working while he fixed it. WOW

We've been unfortunate enough to have a window or two broken, and the reasonable price and fast response of Safeko, along with the housecall service has taken away the sting. I hope you won't need them for the same reasons we have,but if you ever need car glass replaced, I can't recommend them enough!

The price was right, the service was professional, the timing was quick. If you are busy and need someone to come to you, than I recommend this company. A real human on the phone to talk to and as stress free as can get besides someone busting your window for sodas. They came out to our hood on time as they had scheduled and window installation was quick and as I watched. This was all same day!

I was able to schedule for Tony to come to me within the next hour, and he was great at communicating and keeping me updated on his ETA. The process was quick (only about 20-30 minutes) and he also cleaned out the glass in my car. This whole process was much easier and faster than I had expected, and I would recommend Safeko to anyone out there.

My car was burglarized- front passenger window broken and my laptop was stolen. I called Safeko at 7:30 am and Tony answered and was very polite. He said he was available the same day at 9:30 am and would come to whatever location was convenient for me. He arrived at my residence on time and explained that the service would take approximately 45 minutes. He vacuumed up all the glass in my vehicle and was done in approximately 45 minutes just as promised. He took my credit card payment and my window worked properly. Excellent quality & customer service was provided.

Car was broken into in the early morning. He answered my call at 7:30am ( I was expecting to leave a message) & arrived with an OEM side window (I paid the extra money) at 9:15am for my 2016 honda. Installed & finished by 9:40am. For meit was the door put back in perfect condition, nothing loose etc. Vacuuming every piece of shattered glass. This guy is top notch. I never recommend anyone but this guy is

So after spotting a crack in my windshield I called a few places but as this place was offering a good deal so I called him. Yes I have a 'short-sighted money saving habit'
Despite explicitly asking for a quote he didn't give me a clear answer on the phone and after asking him again when he was at my place, he gave me a quote which was pretty much everyone was asking but it's always good to have a clear answer before.

The gentleman who helped me was named Anthony. He came to my work to do the repair which was really convenient for my schedule. A rock or something had hit my windshield on the highway and cracked it. The new windshield and installation was only $150. I was honestly expecting it to be much more. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Safeko Auto Glass.
