My lap top wasn't working I believe they call it blue screen. He said I needed a new hard drive . I said maybe I just need a new computer as this one was getting old. He said no a new hard drive will work . I got it back it worked once then blue screen back. I took it back he said harddrive bad even though it was new. So he installed another new hard drive. It went bad too. He said bring it back. I said no way. What a joke.

Bob upgraded our server and installed new software at our office. Bob did this with as few as disruptions as possible, double checked everything for glitches, and took the time to show us how to use the new system. He was easy to get a hold of and answered our questions promptly

After Best Buy told me they couldn't fix my laptop in store, and would have to send it out to somewhere, I went here and Bob diagnosed it and had it powered up in just a few minutes. Upgraded the software to Windows 10, and now it works better and faster than it did before it broke down. He also charged me less than I expected.

Just needed some help recovering an old HDD, took maybe 10-15 minutes before we were able to make a backup of the old drive. Easy fix, but a job well done.

Went to his workplace wait for about 49 mints no one came to the door. only a dog.called him Saturday on 11/5/16 come on Monday not there. good price thou but i prefer professional over the pricing . only good thing come out of this is walking to cure my pokome go and work out my problems. stay away from this business unless you want your time/ energy wasted.

Mom's computer hard drive went bad. Bob put in a new drive, restored windows 8, upgraded it to windows 10. Luckily he was able to copy her files off the old drive and he put them all on the new drive. Reasonably priced, good communications on what I needed. Hard to find great people, Bob is one of them

Service was done while I waited. Problem was fixed on my ancient Dell laptop. Bob really seems to know computers inside & out. Will have him work on any future problems.
