I called on the Independence Day Holiday and left a message expecting to get a response the following Monday post the holiday weekend. To my surprise Frank called me back later that day and worked with me to resolve the issues with my laptop and I was back up and running by the early evening. Remarkable service particularly on a holiday!

I was tired of my computer operating so slow for so long and I reached out to iServices and Frank was awesome. He took the time to diagnose the issue, which was my hard drive, and had it replaced and fixed in about 72 hrs after contacting him. He is professional, courteous, very reasonable and fair and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use iServices for my future computer related services and definitely recommend him!

Cant thank Frank enough for all his help. Got quoted to get my computer fixed from a few places for hundreds of dollars and minimum a week before id have it back. Frank had it fixed and running again in under 4 hours of me dropping it off after hours the day i called for a fraction of what others said it would be. Hard to find people who are honest and willing to help people like Frank was.

I can't say enough good things about Frank. When my IPad Mini froze during and update, I was completely clueless on how to fix it. He troubleshooted with me over the phone and then offered to stop by my house and attempt to fix it. He offered to do this out of pure kindness and saved us from a miserable 12-hour IPadless car ride with a 4 year old. I highly recommend Frank and his company. He's kind, honest, and knows what he's doing. You don't run across customer service like this anymore.
