Services
Brentwood Party Rentals office is closed on Weekends. For weekend events we deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday. Weekend orders are considered a 48 hour rental. When placing an order, please request a two-hour time window between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm for both delivery and pick up. Special orders requiring weekend service must be scheduled by Management and may involve additional fees.
N0, we charge flat rate pricing for rental periods from Friday - Monday, there are no daily fees. No, upon delivery the items will be placed in a "drop spot" located no further than 30 feet from the delivery van. The items will need to be placed in the same location before pick up. There are additional fees for set up and take down that must be discussed with our manager in the office beforehand.

Horrendous experience. Brentwood party rentals basically rented me a cotton candy machine, with no directions about pick up or supplies until I asked them, wished me luck and closed their doors for the weekend. None of their suggestions of where to buy the candy cotton supplies had it in stock. I was so desperate to make this already paid for machine work for me the day of my party that I had to google how to make cotton candy and tried to make a small batch myself with no success of course. We finally gave up and cleaned out the machine as best we could (which we would have done anyway) and I
