Having worked in various big health Agencies in Dallas Texas and Chicago IL, Reliance Home Health has been a wonderful place to work. Starting from the schedulers, the supervisors, the DON, and above all, the Director/ Administrator , all are so unique and loving people to work with. My long-term Supervisor Rita W and the Director Darlene have been so wonderful, caring and exceptional .

AMAZING agency to work for. They take very good care of their employees and I honestly have never worked for anyone better. This is the very first employer I have ever had who has gone out of their way to ensure that I, as an employee, have everything I need in order to perform my nursing duties. We have been with Reliance for about two years or so. The owner of the agency makes sure that family using their services are happy and Satisfied. I can say that she handles any issues that family have in a prompt and professional manner. The nurses taking care of our daughter have become part of the family. Reliance is a great home health care agency.
