I called to get information regarding removal of old paint cans and the woman with customer service was so rude I immediately felt I needed to write a review. She admonished me for not having a pen and paper ready when she quickly spouted off a telephone number that I asked her kindly to repeat so I could put in my phone. Everything about her tone and conversation with me was rude and condescending. I am flabbergasted that she still has a job with the way she handled the call. Please work on your customer service.

Easy, quick, good value. I had some old doors, siding, broken ladders, etc. left over from our house's previous owner. Filled the back of the Honda Pilot and drove over to Eldredge. Pulled onto the weighing station scale, got instructions on where to go; backed up to the pit and dumped it out. Drove back on the scale (you pay based on weight) and went inside to pay. $12 - as compared to junk man estimate to remove it of over $150. Good value for about 30 minutes total of work.
