Rich is always great with fixing not only our office computers, but my personal home computers as well. I can also call him if I am out of the office and he can sign in remotely and fix any issues I may have. I was in a tizzy when my computer shut down. I was told by someone it probably needed a new hard drive. I was willing but that solution sounded a little sketchy. Then I remembered my friends at Lasr Ink. They recommended Atek and moments after I dialed the number I already felt more confident. Ritch refused to guess at the problems but insisted he could take care of it right away - and he DID. 2 days later my computer is ready and I am confident about the work. Thanks Ritch.

If you want a service that takes your computer and disappears for 2 months after taking your money, that doesn't return calls, then finally says the parts are back ordered, then says it will be ready next week, week after week, then says they cant open it up to work on it(then how did they diagnose it in the first place?) then they admit they cant fix it,. then gives it back and keeps the money you gave em for parts and doesn't give you the parts you paid them for.... so after doing nothing but keep your stuff from getting to someone who CAN fix it... then this is the place for you! Maybe
