On May 20th I had egghead software come to my home for an estimate on cameras. Unfortunately I never heard back from them. I initially contacted the company because it's run by a veteran and my son is a veteran as well. I hate to give a negative review to a veteran owned company but I think they need to hear the truth and work out their problems.

EggHead IT has saved me from needing to buy a brand new PC. The repair shop I went to first told me the only options were to spend an absurd amount of money on repairs without explaining in detail why my computer needed them or buy a brand new one, so I decided to get a second opinion from Dennis at EggHead IT. He responded quickly, professionally, and the best part he explained his process in a way someone who's not very tech literate can understand. Very friendly and worked diligently on our printer. After working on it for a while (our cat attacked it and did a number on it as my wife left him unattended even though I had stressed how possessed he becomes around printers), he wasnt able to fix it. Dennis tried hard and spent a while working on it diligently and appreciated the house call as printer is heavy. He didnt charge us and gave us friendly recommendations on which printers would be best. Appreciated his friendly demeanor and A+ for effort and coming over.

I wanted my ring camera reconfigured so I consulted YELP and viewed the ratings. EggHead IT looked good so I called them and spoke to David, (hard for me to understand him; talks fast.) We scheduled our first appointment for Thursday morning. He called back to reschedule for Thursday afternoon at 3 pm... 3 pm rolls around and no tech so I called David about it. We were having issues being able to remotely access our security camera system. After troubleshooting with both the maker of the camera security system company and the router company we turned to EggHead IT. We received prompt notification and the technician was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the issue and was able to give us a temporary fix so we can now view the cameras remotely. We so wish we knew about EggHead when we were initially installing the system. But now I have a real go-to when I need the additional work done. Thanks Egghead!

My computer"broke", and I was prepared to purchase new one, then realized I need important work data. I called Egghead, on a Sunday morning, was told Dennis could come my office and check it out same day. He called to inform me he was headed my way, showed up on time and fixed my computer in a flash.
I found him to be extremely professional, trustworthy, and had fair pricing. He cleaned up my comp, and installed security features without additional charges. I appreciated the veterans discount and won't hesitate to use them again.

After purchasing a MAC PRO and having Apple tell me they could not transfer my data from my PC. They say the PC would not connect to the internet. My friend found Dennis, it was explained I leave town in 3 days, the challenge was accepted. At the end of the session everything was completed and in place. The response time was impressive, knowledge of both computers was phenomenal, don't hesitate to give Dennis a shot, you will not be disappointed in his knowledge and ability to fix problems and answer questions. A really nice guy.

I have used many IT companies before and believe me it is hard to find someone that you dont have to wait at least a day for someone to come out and fix your problem and trying to operate a business while system is down, can be very costly. Dennis at Egghead IT, delivers great service and won't gouge you in pricing like others that I have used, he is very much to the point, fixing the problem without trying to make those extra hours stretch. The company is fair and honest and we are glad we found them, we won't be going anywhere else.

Background info... I live in the desert on weekends and am always here visiting my parents. So when their computer acts up in any way, I'm generally their go-to gal. As most parents, they are both not tech-savy. Fixing their computer every weekend is also not my ideal weekend.
I called them to come out to my parent's house because their computer started acting slow and was displaying pop-up's. I tried fixing it myself but wasn't able to resolve an issue with internet explorer and it was still running slow (why my rents insist on using IE as their browser

EggHead IT, which is located near Palm Springs, is the absolute best company for computer data backup and recovery in the Coachella Valley. They saved our business fanny when we had a hard drive failure, and they were able to get our data back in an amazingly short time. They are lifesavers!
