This business was recommended to me for my smog check. I had an appointment but the check still took over an hour. Although my car passed emissions it failed the check because my check engine light was on. I’m very disappointed this business did not ask about the check engine light or warn me beforehand. Their attitude was, basically, not our problem. I ended up going to a test-only service that carefully explained everything to me, worked with me to pass the inspection, and charged a much lower price. Any business is free to charge what they feel is fair, but they don’t have to be jerks about

Our experience was very good. They were friendly and professional also clean place. Have discount for being a senior. The only draw back is there isn't a waiting room and it was a hot day and we had to stand outside. Maybe a bench outside would be nice. We will use them again.
