I was extremely worried about finding a mechanic for my Lexus. A family member recommended that I try Pete’s automotive.

Critical: Professionalism
This place is horrible to even try to call for a quote. The woman was very rude didn’t even try to help me with a reasonable price. They quoted me 200 dollars more than the dealership offered me…. I would assume they would want business but it seems like they are doing well for themselves. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It's always a bummer right to have to take your vehicle in for repairs. You just know it's never gonna be good news. Like having a colonoscopy or wisdom teeth pulled, with no sedatives an no insurance. OUCH!! But heading to Pete's, after consulting with receptionist, an talking to mechanic there, it just felt like sincere honestly an no BS. They were true to their word. Their rates are fair, the quality of service is epic. I'm just so glad I took time to find Pete's.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received at Pete’s! They were honest and transparent. After two places suggesting I needed new shocks$$, Jason checked and let me know my shocks weren’t currently leaking. He actually showed me my shocks and explained what I was looking at. Joni, at the front desk, was kind and hospitable! Thank you for amazing service and good old-fashioned honesty🙏🏽!
