After visiting several Rehab facilities in search of a safe, clean & comfortable environment for my mom, Carolyn Burks, I found Nottingham. The staff was great. Michelle, Bernard, Rose, Alex & Virdina ( just to name a few) provided the best care I could have asked for. My mother had a stroke and needed physical therapy and extensive care. Without hesitation, Nottingham accepted her and started her therapy immediately. The staff met with me often to discuss her progress. I will always remember how much relief this brought to us during this difficult time. Unfortunately, after being released from

Nottingham Health and Rehab went above and beyond to care for my dad! He might of been the most difficult resident/patient they have ever had and he truly received 5 star care! The peace of mind I had that he was treated with respect and dignity was a much needed blessing for me at that time. I am forever grateful and appreciative to the dedicated staff that I personally feel are angels on earth!!!

My mother's time at this facility was brief, but we still had some bad moments. I'm willing to give them grace because things were crazy during covid. She was transferred back to a hospital after a week.
This review is about the time after. They called me after my mother was transferred and offered to hold her belongings in case she was transferred back. 2 weeks later she had passed and I called about her possessions. The first time I called, the employees hung up on me. The second time, I was able to leave a message. The third, I successfully talked to the social worker. Chelsea is great and

My husband has been a resident of Nottingham for a short-term stay for 3 weeks. Everyone here is very friendly and caring. The nursing staff has been very good and extremely accommodating. It is a very clean environment. I feel safe leaving him at night knowing he is in good hands. He barely ever hits his call light but the nursing staff comes in before he even has to and ask if there's anything he needs and they deliver it quickly. It's very impressive. Charmain, the Activities Director, is marvelous. But the nursing staff overall goes above and beyond every day. Housekeeping stays on top of everything

I have been in 5 different rehabs and Nottingham is the best, everyone seems to take care of things around here very well and everyone here takes good care of the patients. It doesn't bother any employees to help and it's the little things that matter the most, I couldn't ask for anything better. The therapist are so amazing!

Stay away as far as possible! Especially if your loved one has dementia. The staff are untrained and don't know how to handle this very special problem. Therefore the staff become uncompassionate, neglectful and abusive. The upper staff and directors may say "they're working on it" everyday but you will be discharged before any positive changes will ever be made. The lower staff argue amongst themselves that "its not their job"and are unhappy. If you're hospital recommends you go here or it's the only place with a bed, there is a reason. Nottingham is in business only because it gets Medicare funds

My step father went here after a hip replacement. He ended up with a bed sore and after sometime he ended up back in the hospital. The bed sore was bone deep and had an antibiotic resistant ecoli infection. He also had a knot on his leg that the facility ignored. And it is an aneurism that is bleeding and can no longer be repaired. He is now in hospice and does not expect to live much longer. This place is obviously either under staffed or incompetent.

Social worker was of no help. When my father's insurance ran out, she simply wanted him to leave with no recommendations for alternative care at home or that we could file an insurance appeal. To make matters worse, it took them 2 weeks to realize that my dad' s swollen arm was due to a blood clot. Not one person bothered to report this to the doctor until I called the doctor myself.

I could not be more pleased with this Facility. It may not be the most highest rated on Google for some reason, but I can't say enough positive things about it. My Mother stayed here for a couple of weeks for rehab and the staff was nothing short of amazing. The intake was effortless the staff and director, Rose and Abigael are stellar. Every single person that came in contact with my mother was loving and kind and compassionate. She has been in other facilities and was very disappointed so she was frightened to try a new one. This place met our expectations and beyond. The therapists, especially

I am not questioning the care my mom got. I do take issue with the Business Manager - I think his name is Brian. My mom was placed here for rehab after a fall at another facility. She would need to move next to a place that was a nursing home with rehab services. Nottingham does offer this so we met with Brian to discuss options. He was a direct person, which I appreciate. However, he crossed a line into being condescending and impatient. He should not be meeting with families. I work in business and understand direct conversation very well. In these circumstances, sensitivity and patience is a
