If it was not for 2 to 3 hour wait time for the Doctor to show up, while I am in pain, the place would get 5 stars😶

When I have written reviews, my track record has always been positive. I saw Dr. Schilero as a first-time patient in June and they charge a $743 "first-time patient" fee that I received in the mail. I called the office and their answer was simply, "That is the set first-time patient fee at Paley Institute." That cost almost triple what it cost me for an x-ray. I called my insurance company and the representative was even surprised to see a code for that kind of office fee. She even went back to double-check our benefits to be sure because this is an in-network specialist. I wish I had known ahead

Absolutely AMAZING doctors and staff! I met Dr. Feldman 12 years ago and have had a couple surgeries with him over that time period. He is the one who saved my leg and prevented me from being in a permanent boot to help me walk the rest of my life. His compassion and bedside manner towards his patients is remarkable. He takes time with his patients and doesn’t treat you like you’re just another client. He is very intelligent and does amazing work!

I thought the Paley center was very efficient. Received ID, filled out forms, immediately taken for x-rays, seen by a nurse and then by a nurse practitioner and then by the doctor. Everything was explained to me in laymen's terms about the procedure. Then an assistant came in the set up my next set of exams. All went really well. I was very impressed with my Dr. Minas. Terrific place.

Before I went to the Paley Institute I did some research and found that Dr. Lamm and the Paley Institute had very good reviews, they also acepted my insurance. So I went in for a consulation. The front desk was very helpfull. My time waiting for my appiontments were always short. Dr. Lamm and his staff spent time with me and never rushed me. He took his time to explain the surgery and covered what I should expect for recovery. Dr. Lamm and his staff all had a fantastic bed side manor. Great warm welcome as we arrived, nice waiting room and registration was smooth. Dr. Feldman and his staff are beyond amazing! So sweet and friendly with my little one. Visiting from out of town, I had a nightmarish experience with WPB Fire and Rescue and the Good Samaritan Hospital. I was fortunate to find Dr. Lamm and the Paley Institute. I cannot say enough good about the great care I received from Dr. Lamm and his team of medical professionals. I worked in healthcare for many years and am a sophisticated consumer. As miserable as I was, this was an outstanding experience. Dr. Lamm was thorough, timely and considerate. So was his team. I especially want to recognize Angela and Jennifer. Doctor Feldman was excellent for a number of reasons. Obviously a skilled professional, thorough and knowledgeable and most importantly, reassuring. He took the time to review my issues and set in motion the appropriate protocols to be able to form a very considered opinion about the steps moving forward. I was very impressed and very thankful. Hopefully I will find the correct oath in the near future to correct, or at the very least, improve my situation.

So we were referred here by another top notch ortho. The thought was that Dr Minas is extremely detailed and works with plenty of biological alternatives. We found that his "rushing" through our visit, contrasting opinions about our mri/films vs other MD were quite off and unprofessional. He may be a good surgeon but his is not a good Dr. And seems like he wants to just get surgery done like most drs. I would put faith in his diagnosis and he doesn't seem to be up to date on many medical updates and procedures.

We love Dr Fieldman, on our first visit! he quickly identified and diagnosed our daughter’s issues (we had seen 2 other specialists before that send us for more X-ray, mris etc and didn’t do anything). The fact that they have all the X-ray equipment onsite and gets delivered right away saves us a lot coming and going and all the staff is kind and helpful. She just has her first surgery with him and we are working every week with their pt team. I Highly recommend him and the institute in general!
