Upon your initial visit with Pure Home Care, Inc., one of our family members will come to your home and meet with you and your loved one to determine the most appropriate care.Our assessment will result in a detailed care plan customized to the individual's needs. I made arrangements with Pure Care Services for transportation to and from the hospital for an outpatient procedure. I am fully ambulatory but due to anesthesia would not be allowed to drive myself home and friends and family were not able to take time off work. I signed the contract the week before and was assured someone would pick me up, stay at the hospital and then bring me home. Twenty minutes after the agreed upon pick up time I called the office to see if the person was delayed. I was told “they cancelled”. Yet no one called me.
