I recently joined this firm due to another home health not complying in a business like manner, little did i know ''i jumped out of the pan and into the fire!!!!!!! the aide just stop showing up, don't come in, nor call the next day the same, i call her no answer, so i call the agency to see what is wrong?? they don't answer , i wait now a week has past i call again no answer!!! what kind of agency is this that don't call their clients back, answer phone messages, or anything?? and when they do call he says you are not the only client!!! i know this but would it have hurt
