Services
Designed to increase motor skills, introduce children to more complex exercises, and develop strength, flexibility and coordination, our preschool classes are led by an instructor with a typical class ratio is 7:1. Classes are either 45 or 55 minutes in length and are fun and challenging; older preschoolers will also focus on following directions and building confidence.

Everyone is super friendly but the gym itself is very run down. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. A lot of the equipment has duct tape all over it. I was not impressed with the attention of the coaches either. The particular lady we had seemed like we were inconveniencing her to discuss my child's skill level.

I was looking for a gymnastics class that would take my 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter at the same time - enter in Apex. I've had my daughter attend other gymnastic classes in the past that required me to assist her because of her age and DREADED it. I kinda felt like I was the one mostly tending to her instead of her teacher. I had low expectations for today's mommy and me class, but I was impressed with our teacher Ella. Although I was still responsible for making sure my kids were paying attention, Ella was hands-on and fully involved in getting the kids engaged and getting

My daughter has been taking the 3 year old gymnastics class and she is loving it! The teacher is amazing and so patient. Every week the teacher runs around for a hour. Appreciate her energy. My daughter is learning so much. Only thing I would suggest is that management take care of the smell in the gym. Maybe some candles or air fresheners would help a lot. Other than that we enjoy class very much.

If you think your child is gifted, go here. Don't waste her/his time going else where. My daughter took classes and private lessons with coach Olga Pantelas, the daughter of the owner. We love her. She's very patient and passionate. Unfortunately, my daughter chose a different sport and we moved to LA for her training. The owner herself was also very good.

I am very surprised for such an interactive business this place doesn't have more reviews since it's been around for a few a while. This review is for private birthday party... and... brace yourself for my life's story. At least, within the last 4 months or so.

My step daughter has been taking classes here for about 2 years. When we first signed up we loved Apex. Coach Ally is awesome and we really liked their summer camps. As of recent 1 coach has put a bad tastes in our mouths and for that we will be cancelling our membership here and taking our business elsewhere. Coach Diana has no compassion for children and she's very rude. We've taken it up with management and nothing has changed. My child is no longer happy and isn't having fun in class because she says her coach is mean. We've contemplated switching classes but no other times

I just had our first trial class here and I think it went well. Our 4yr son learned to forward roll after his first time here haha. Pretty cool! We will become members and see how he does over the next few weekends. But he certainly enjoyed himself and stated he wanted to come back again. The teachers seemed very good. I like the strict ones like Olga and Giana (I think her name was?) I think that makes sure kids are learning the correct way and at the same time learning discipline and form. Even at a young age. Before Apex, I visited several gymnastic schools, including airborne, which was highly recommended by my friends. In the end I chose Apex for my daughter. The age range in each class is narrow, the students to coach ratio is good, and most importantly, the coach is paying attention to the kids. Besides, the play area is stuffed with toys that my little one doesn't mind going to his sister's gym class anymore:-)

I started with one child here and it has grown to three. We have been so impressed with the experience and the ability of the staff/coaches to teach the children. They have vast amounts of patience, knowledge and experience. My kids have grown from a small interest into competitive teams in a few short years.
I found the price was lower than many of the others around. This isnt only tumbling, it is full gymnastics. They offer dance classes also. We will continue to go here for years to come!

Apex is our regular gymnastics place where my 8 year old year old and 6 year old twins take classes. We LOVE this gym. I checked out several other places before selecting Apex and I love that it's a small mom and daughter-run gym where the kids are treated like individuals and there aren't a dozen classes all running at the same time like a 3-ring circus. One of the other local gyms I checked out insisted that my daughter be in a particular class because she was a few weeks shy of six, even though she had previous experience and other children in the class did not. We started my kids here and they seemed to like it. After the first year we were able to see a significant improvement in the strength, skill and muscles. This has continued into our second year. It helped my kids to listen better and be more dedicated to tasks. I am very impressed with the abilities of the staff to work with kids and their knowledge and skill in gymnastics.
The kids learn a lot and the instructors help lead and guide them with USA Gymnastic techniques for regulation and for safety!
