Closing your curtains and blinds during times of extreme sunlight can add years to the finish of your new floors. Best Tile & Wood ripped out our old floors, carpet, wood and tile. They replaced the entire first floor with wood. (Bathroom, Kitchen everything) They sanded and stained the stairs going to the second floor. An amazing amount of work and the quality and speed of the project is outstanding. I would give more than five starts if possible. We are very happy with out purchase! Thank you! Andy

When our original contractor to refinish our floors fell through, and with the movers on the way, Best came through and went into its hurry up offense. Best Tile is truly the best ceramic tile store in the area. They have a huge selection of tile and hardwood and offer exceptional customer service! I worked with Ralph on tile renovations for my kitchen. He was so helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. Ralph got our tile to us quickly during the holidays as promised, and referred us to a fantastic installer who finished the job for us quickly! We choose a family owned and installation company for our job. We could have bought the tiles at one place and had them installed by another contractor, but since these folks did it all, we chose to go with them. HUGE MISTAKE! We spent over 14k in material/labor and the tiles are starting to break! We made numerous attempts at having them come over and replace the broken tiles. First appointment they never showed up and the second one they cancelled the day before and told me "They don't know when they can come". Renovating an entire first floor can be daunting. Ted and Ralph were so incredibly patient and helpful. First came the floor tile. The compliments have been plentiful from the sub contractors to the town inspectors. But the harshest critic, me, fell in love with them! Next came the backsplash, and having it all come together with counters and cabinets in the kitchen. Taking the samples, picking out new ones, and going in and out of the showroom most daily for over three months.....and each time I open the door, I am greeted with smiles and suggestions.
