Highly recommend Carpet Heritage. From Joe's assistance in the selection of our carpet to the expert installation by his people, it made getting new carpeting easy. His crew moved the furniture, removed the old wall-to-wall carpeting, took it away, cleaned up, and did an expert installation of the new carpeting, and put back all the furniture. True craftsmen. We are very happy with the new carpeting. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a very specific runner for my front stairs. Joe got back to me right away and got the exact carpet we were looking for. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Have used Carpet Heritage multiple times for carpet in both home and rental property, wood floors in redone kitchen and even a special fireplace hearth installation. Quality is excellent, prices are fair (not cut rate), and service, including installation, is the best.
Joe has done this for 20 years and forgets more than I will ever know about flooring. He stands for excellent work. I plan to use his services again in a couple of months.

When I called, I was greeted by a very friendly voice, that of Joe. I explained that I'd like some carpet replaced and I already have a piece lying around, so I'm only interested in installation services. Then I asked about warranty. Joe went ballistic. At first he said I was kidding, right? I said no, this is a question I have to ask. He said I was being ridiculous because I'm not buying carpet from him so he's just going to install it, and that's it. I said I'm not expecting any warranty on the carpet but if it is ridiculous to ask for warranty on the workmanship
