What do you like most about your job? My favorite thing to do is to design tile spaces, and make them look different and more exceptional than the client even expected. What else are you passionate about? I am passionate about creating something personal and beautiful for our customers. So that every time they look at it, it will remind them of the great experience they had at Mediterranean Tile.

My wife and I spent several hundred dollars on tile/grout. I installed the tile, but when I mixed some grout, it looked gray instead of white, so I didn't grout the tile. Upon inquiring, my wife found out that they gave us the incorrect grout. The person on the phone acted as if it was our fault. The tile store is 45 min. each way from us, so we asked that they just credit us the $22 for the grout, and we'd buy it in Lowes. "NO" was the answer. They had to have it back to credit us. My wife asked if they would come and pick it up; once again, "NO" was the answer

We ordered tile from Lynn and special colored grout for our shower. We had to pick up the tile at the warehouse (and pay shipping) they gave us a box with the wrong color grout and now the bathroom at our second home has an entirely different look. I sent an email and left a message for Lynn about the issue, and she never even called me back. So much for customer service.

Great experience working with Jacqui at Mediterranean Tile in Fairfield! I struggled picking the tile and size for my bathroom renovation. I visited several tile stores and did not receive much help from other sales people. Jacqui at Mediterranean tile was able to help me narrow down my decisions and pick out beautiful tiles. Not pushy at all, answers all questions. Definitely would recommend!

With patience and thoughtfulness, Nina Martin helped us design and implement the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms we could have hoped for. Nina paid close attention to our vision and budget in order to create the look and feel we wanted. She worked with our contractor to be sure he understood how we wanted each room tiled. The end result is stunning! We are just sorry the house is done because it was such a pleasure working with Nina. We wholeheartedly recommend Nina at Mediterranean Tile.

I just finished another outstanding job with Mediterranean Tile. After 15 years of doing business with them, I am always amazed that they get better and better. Anyone can sell tile, but it takes true professionals to not only bring out the best in me for my clients, but to take care of the kinds of problems that are inherent in a business like ours.
