I grew up in a household where my parents bbq every weekend on our little ‘Old Smokey. So I know bbq and I don’t eat just any bbq. It has to be smoked, seasoned well, and not smothered in bbq sauce. This place was everything I wanted and more. The jalapeño sausage were so flavorful. The guy at the front told me they were homemade. The smoked chicken breast was so juicy and full of flavor. The wait time was a little longer then desired but I know good food takes time. I’ll be back next week. I may call ahead next time.

I ordered ribs from them along with other food. And when I got the ribs ALL OF THEM WERE HARD AND BURNT to the point I hardly had any meat on them
It was absolutely horrible and not worth the $50.00 I spent on this bbq.
Maybe they were having a bad day or something but this was totally unacceptable.
I'll never order from them because of this.
Most definitely need to do better if they thinK serving a whole plate of Burnt ribs is okay...

I travel for good brisket. About twenty miles one way.
The brisket was great had flavor and a smoke ring.
The second visit the brisket wasn't nowhere near bbq.
Looked liked it was cooked in a oven.
I spent over twenty dollars on this food.
I didn't want to leave a bad review.
I gave the owner a chance to fix it.
He did just that giving me a gift card.
Finally, I returned after a few weeks and had a great conversation with the owner.
I ordered the 1/2 pound of brisket.

We attended a neighborhood event that Big 6 catered. We're glad we went because Big 6 was very good and we got to meet a lot of our neighbors, very nice people. The brisket was very tender and oh so tasty, the sausage and the chicken drum stick was just as good, the beans and tater salad were very good. Now I need to visit their food trailer, they're bookmarked already.

Very disappointed. The pictures were so misleading. I don't even know where to start. $9 for this "hot dog". This was almost the size of a little Smokey. The sausage was dry and had a weird aroma. The burger was a frozen patty that looked over cooked. The green beans and corn claim to be smoked looked like they were dumped out of a can and heated. Never again!

I have just ordered the sides from them and a peach cobbler. You can choose the size of your sides, 6 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz, 24 oz, and 32 oz. Something like that. Keep in mind that the small sides are really small. They say 6 oz but it looks like 4 oz. The sizes are perfect

Came across this food truck while craving brisket. i like my brisket tender and juicy and it was juuuust that he even gave me a sample to try, which ended me in getting a half pound. oh and the BBQ sauce is DEFINITELY on point. i tried the potato salad too and its tasty tooo. they put the pickles and onions on the side in case you want it or not - perfect plus. i'll be back.

Never got to experience the food. The location was not where Gooogle Maps say the facility is. And it is NOT a facility. It is a ROACH COACH, which was CLOSED when we got there SATURDAY 01/04/2020 @ 3pm. Nothing against Roach Coaches just wish it was opened when it said it would be. Get a permanent Building Location for SUGAR LAND Area...!

I brought a JUMBO baked potato and 2 sodas. Baked potato was def small and the seasoning on top was different. I didn't feel like it belonged on a baked potato. I usually am used to the bbq tasting sweet and tangy. But it tasted like it belonged on nachos or something different. And then the strawbwrry soda was 2.25 and the other ones are 1.50....

First, let me say I ordered through door dash. I ordered a brisket plate. My 2 sides were potato salad and the smoky beans. In the comment section, I put moist end of brisket, w/sauce on the side. Well, the only thing good about the whole meal was the potato salad. The beans were salty and the brisket was tough! I paid all that money just for potato salad and bread.

First time I got boudin link which was delicious the. I came back same day and decided to give the plate a chance. My service second time coming back wasn't as pleasant as it was the first time, I didn't know they closed at 8 and came about 10 mins before the time and definitely sensed an attitude which made me not even want to continue with my purchase.

I first visited for 4th of July when they were at the Buffalo Run Park and was amazed by the Big 6 bbq nachos and chopped beef sandwich. The food was hot, fresh, delicious and heaping amounts. It was so good that I rode to Sugar Land this past weekend for more and was disappointed. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, The nachos were warm and the chips were soggy and stale. The portion was 1/2 the size I got the first visit. The beef sandwich was dry and like it had been setting up all day. The rib plate I ordered for my daughter was just a bunch of riblet bones. I was so pissed with my food

I hate sausage. I hate 99.9% of sausage, no matter the filling.
Big 6 has fresh-made sausage, made from a family recipe, and it is amazeballs. The texture is wonderful, the ratio of fat to meat is perfect (lending flavor and moisture, but no greasy yukness), and the spices enhance and compliment the obviously high quality pork.
I have nibbled at the ribs--yes, sir! But have not eaten the rest of my dinner: brisket, potato salad, and what smells like some of the best peach cobbler I will ever have.
I have every confidence the remaining items will be delish, and perfect!

Big 6 was big GOOD! Food was hot and the taste was perfect! Dajuan and Tracy helped me they were very informatibe. Customer service is excellent and the wait was not long at all. They have a buzzer system that is really convenient for when you are waiting. I don't mind the food truck idea because its low key when you want get some good food but not dress up.
