We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children from economically challenged families with the goal of preparing children for a lifetime commitment to learning and empowering their families to build a brighter future, through education, employment assistance, and a powerful support system of teachers and staff that truly care.
Since 1971, the Fuller Center has provided children a pathway out of poverty, inspiring them to make local and global differences through the use of their education. It all started with two women's passion for education and their vision to give children living in poverty the same educational opportunities as their more affluent peers.
All staff at the Fuller Center believe in the mission, vision, and core values of our organization. To apply, please submit your Fuller Center Employment Application with your resume by either emailing [email protected] or mailing directly to 200 NE 14th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33432 Attn: HR Department.
At the Fuller Center, we understand the anxiety and stress for both parent and child associated with the transition from home to full time childcare, especially when a child is still an infant. The Infant Care program provides exceptional care between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on both the East and West Campuses for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months old.
The Early Childhood Education program is designed for children aged 1 to 5 years old and is offered from 7:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. This program is geared towards the "moving and grooving" years of childhood from the toddlers to the "trying twos and threes" to the "I can do it myself" fives.
Throughout the preschool we utilize The Creative Curriculum, a research-based and research-proven curriculum that allows our teachers to be their most effective, while still honoring their creativity and respecting their critical role in making learning exciting and relevant for every child. The Creative Curriculum is aligned with the Head Start Child Development and Early Learning Framework and state early learning standards.

So very disappointed this school year as we had looked forward to our child graduating from the program. Staffed at the minimally required standards and it is not unusual for them to have 1 staff person in a classroom with 20 children. Teachers are stressed and this is evident with their interactions, or lack thereof, with children and parents. They have such a waiting list that they aren't interested in taking the time to work with students that may require additional attention. The support services (play therapists, social workers and counselors) are great but if there is no follow through by
