WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BY FAR. i’ve been going here for years and swore by it, but i was wildly disappointed in how they messed up my appointment, gave me a wrong price estimation (it was actually double what they said), then both my stylist, Erica as well as the manager were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me, even though they were the ones who messed up. the stylist unbelievably said to me, “maybe if price is a concern for you, highlights aren’t for you” (with an incredibly patronizing smile on her face after blaming me for their error). when i finally got the manager

I specifically asked not to have a brassy warm hair tone. I asked for a cool hair tone. My hair is exactly the way I didn't want it. Then after she was finished, she said it's going to be warmer. Why didn't she tell me from the beginning BEFORE doing my hair? I am sure it is orange because she hardly had me under the heat processing machine due to the fact she was rushing. Nearly everytime I book an appointment they never schedule enough time and I'm rushed out. I've been through 2 stylists. I paid nearly $200 just for the color alone (didn't even include a hair cut

I called in the morning for a same-day appointment. They were kind enough to be flexible with my schedule and fit me in for a paraffin pedicure, hair cut, and conditioning treatment. The massage chairs were better than your typical nail salon which was a nice surprise. All of the cosmetologists were very professional and did a wonderful job while also being a nice relaxing conversation. I left feeling refreshed with my hair and nails looking great.

I had today an appointment with Jasmine . I was little bit worried cause Jasmine is new in salon and I couldn't find any reviews about her work . But I am totally satisfied, it was very comfortable to communicate with her , nice person and she did very good haircut . Next time I book time with her again .

Wonderful. I love my hair stylist "Mandy". She does a great job coloring and cutting my hair. I am older woman and I am so picky. She's helps me stay semi modern (which is a problem for me) and gives me a cut that makes me feel classy (which I love).
They have a little clothing boutique there. You should try it! I've bought quite afew things there and I will continue to do so for now. The prices are extremely good and the quality is execellent. And .... I like everyone there.

I feel I have to rewrite my review now that it has been well over one year as owner and her sister are very nice people and their niece Danica does a wonderful job although I unfortunately was never fortunate enough to see Danica. I feel like if you do not get set up with the right hairdresser like any place then it can be a terrible experience because there are so many stylists here. I know that Amber does a great job too. The salon is beautiful and they have great Eufora products and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this salon after going to

Amazing customer service! I'm visiting from out of state and had a limited time frame for appointments. The front desk gals emailed me back and forth to help get me in for a longer appointment. I had a baylayage by ANGELA which I love.. she was great. Professional, friendly and a perfectionist. By the time I left, I felt like I had known her for years!!

I have a five year old little girl who wanted rainbow hair. I called the spa to see if they could squeeze us in, as I'm a dad and have no idea how to color hair.
They were more than accommodating and my daughter had a great time! The staff is awesome and the place is immaculate! Not to mention my little girl's hair looked great! I'm greatly satisfied with everything and would recommend this place to anyone! They're amazing here!

Magnificent first appointment with Angela. We are just in the process of moving here from out of state and was a little hesitant starting over with s new stylist. Angela was an absolute doll and so fun to work with. She did an exceptional job from the very first step to the final product in my color/cut. One of the very best blonde color and cuts I have ever had. The price was very reasonable. The salon is beautiful and serene. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. So thrilled I found my perfect place.

I cannot say enough great things about this salon! They're so friendly, and sweet and kind. They always have fresh water and coffee and tea at the little water bar inside.
My stylist is Maegan, and she in my opinion is the very best. She always goes above and beyond and makes me feel and look a million times better than the last visit. They always style and make your hair look it's best before you leave.
They're very easy to make appointments with.
I highly reccomend this salon spa to ANY one looking for a stylist.

Cassidy did my hair, I needed a color correction and didn't just want to go to super cuts like I usually do, so I decided to try out this place, and man was that decision a great one! The girls are all very friendly, it's a non competitive atmosphere like what I had seen at super cuts, they all put their ideas together and I loved how my hair turned out! Cassidy was lovely, I've never loved my hair so much!

I've been going here three months now. Great quiet location. A most comfortable indoor setting. You get high quality service. Once you walk though the front door , the staff welcome you and let you know that you are important. Drinks are available. A store to shop. Comfortable sitting area. Very clean work space, restroom, and lobby. I like the outfits the ladies were. I feel like I'm at a fashion show. CINDY is great for pedicures. You won't feel a thing. the chairs and small tubs your feet go into are very clean. BRITTNEY will make your hair say WOW! I feel good and blessed being

I have been going to Imagen Salon for approximately a year, a beautiful venue, the ladies at the desk are polite and friendly and I have the pleasure of having Angela as my stylist. She is wonderful, caring and always professional. I recently wanted something more done with my hair and I was very happy with the result, she did exactly what I wanted. A sweet, friendly lady who is always willing to go the extra mile.

Just got my hair cut and colored today. Magen was a sweet girl but inexperienced and didn't seem to understand what i wanted her to do :( - After seeing the color I only let her cut a little bit of my hair as I didn't want to risk it. Still ending up costing me $130. She was nice but inexperienced and I think that was the problem. Clean environment but age ranged from 9 years old to 80 so all depends on the "experience" you want from a salon. Probably looking for a kids hair cut or an elderly lady wash and set you would be fine!

Rarely do I leave reviews for people I deal with or services...BUT...I feel this is a must!!! I am wintering down here and was tired of my same old hair style and the length of my hair. Booked an appointment with Magen not knowing what I was getting myself into. WOW! She is the best! She sat me down and chatted with me like she had known me for years. Put me at ease....had a great conversation and have never been happier with my color and new short hairstyle! Thank you a million times over. I went back again before I head north and sent my husband in. Great cut! Going to miss you....thanks

My review is for Amber. Can I just say how great she is? She definitely knows her stuff and is so easy to talk to and interact with. She is very efficient with her time and if you show her a picture of what you want she is great at giving you exactly that. I have gotten both cuts and color from her and she has done a great job the few times I have been in!
The only reason I am giving this place four stars is because of my first experience. Luckily I found Amber the second time around and she definitely kept me around! The salon is also very trendy and secluded which is a nice change of scenery

So this is the first place I have found in Tucson that I have gone back to more than once in my almost five years of living here. I go and get my haircuts with Amber and she is great to interact with and get a great cut from. When you get your hair washed, she starts off by giving you a little massage that just melts me to butter every time! All I would need is a glass of wine and you would think I was having the best me time ever!
The salon itself is beautiful and clean. Everyone is super friendly too. I had one time where I looked like I really needed a haircut and Amber was a total miracle

Everyone at the front desk was very nice, the place it's self is by far one of the nicest Salons I've ever been to. Erica was absolutely amazing!!! I walked in a complete mess from a previous nightmare of a stylist. My hair was yellow and my cut is so bad I felt I needed a wig
Erica fixed me up better than I could have imagined. I love, love, love the color. Thank you Erica and I can't wait to see you next time
