The techniques used in a back facial are very similar to those applied in a regular facial treatment. The only difference is that the skin products used in a back facial are formulated specifically for the skin on your back, which is much tougher than the delicate skin on your face.

I had such a magical experience at this spa today. They did fantastic and it really feels like being at home. I appreciated all of things they did to make my moms birthday special and we will absolutely return. Definitely 5 stars. Service: Dry brushing - I learned so much about the lymphatic system and had a relaxing treatment that left my skin silky soft and glowing. It was also great to talk about mental health in such a welcoming environment and how it affects our body. I can't wait to try a reiki session! 🕉📿🙏

I came in for a well over due peddi. Krystal was AMAZING. She had a bowl of rose peddles and some type of oil for me to soak my skis in. She had some nice smelling aroma therapy going on in this beautiful relaxing room. I felt so Zen and she was so insightful and knowledgeable. That was just the blessing on top. Her massage skills were outta this world. I felt connected and relaxed. I will be back and have even thought to get some gift certificate for some of my favorite people so they can experience this loveliness.

A visit to Mindful Day Spa is always a pleasant and relaxing experience – their soothing music and calm environment make any service that much more enjoyable. Angelica’s facials are fabulous, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, renewed, and healthy. Hand and foot treatments are likewise a treat, and both Angelica and Krystal are excellent. I highly recommend them!
