Me and my family were going on a roadtrip and noticed some leaking in our car at our stop in Rancho Sahuarita, Arizona. We quickly made some calls to see who can attend us, with it being the holidays we know many shops will be closed so thankfully we came across this auto shop in Green Valley, Arizona just 9 minutes from were we had stopped. Amazing services, were willing to do the work and help us out, being that we are not from the area. We were on a tight sleeping schedule so with that the Manager Chris offered a ride to the nearest hotel so we can rest while the car gets fixed up. Chris and

I called with what I figured was going to be a easy fix but it turned out to be a bigger issue. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very pleased with my experience and I plan on going back if I need anything again. I greatly appreciate the service and staff for going the extra mile. We will be returning to Jam's Automotive Repair. Costco wouldn't rotate my tires because they said that the tires had uneven wear and need new tires in a couple thousand miles. Costco said to find out somewhere else why there was uneven wear. So JM's looked at them and nothing is wrong! Alignment is fine, tire wear is even and they still have 8 - 10,000 miles on them. So I will happily come back next year to get new tires or something else my car may need at JM's.
