Was recommended to come here by a friend and simply needed to get a oil change. I understand being busy but the fact that I was set to have it done and then when I showed up they said I would need to leave it overnight. I come back the next day and had to be driven by a friend and my car was still sitting right where I left it. Well so much for that recommendation.

I had both my rear power windows repaired. First was the driver’s side rear window done. They completely screwed up fixing the window. Had to take it back and have it done right. The passenger side window took three days. Appointments were not coordinated with employees. Completely disorganized. Maintenance fees over 100 dollars per hour.

The folks at GVA are honest and capable. I came in with what seemed like a simple issue but it turned into a nightmare of replacing multiple parts and having it drag on. But they stuck with it and didn't give up until they fixed it. I know they spent way more on labor than they charged me, and ultimately I hope we both came away feeling good about the repair. I would not hesitate using this business in the future.

I needed a new emergency brake cable, and Green Valley Automotive ordered the part and installed it relatively quickly (the part had to come from Texas, and because of COVID timing was uncertain). They kept me informed, called when the part came in, and got it installed the next morning. Further, the cost was considerably less than what they thought it would be (Total: $238 versus estimate of close to $400). I have no problem recommending this business.

Really nice folks - Made an appt which is recommended since they have so many 5-star reviews obviously people want to come here. I had a basic LOF and the Tire Rotation is included in the price. Martine and Mike, I believe own or run the place. I was in and out within 45 minutes, they check out the fluid and filters with synthetic oil which my car needs it was less than $60.00. Their waiting room is fun and they allow well-behaved pups to come in and wait with you. Come on by and get your car fixed in this happy place. Tell them Kacee sent you.

Surprise Surprise..water pump death in my Honda CR- V as I am visiting in Sahuarita. I went out to run an errand and my car notified me how unhappy it was.
I looked at Yelp and found Martin and his number, along with excellent reviews. I called and was warmly greeted and invited to come immediately.
I was given a ride back to my cousin's and within 2 hours I received a call with the diagnosis and pricing. I asked if he could also change the thermostat as well as the water pump that had crapped out.
The pricing was more than fair and the times for labor was as expected. The car was completed

I called Martin on a Wednesday morning panicked because I was visiting Green Valley from Kansas and hit a coyote the night before. It broke my radiator among other things. He told me to tow it there, and he would run a diagnostic. He let me know everything that was wrong and told me he would have to order parts from California. To my surprise, he got the parts and fixed the car by Thursday afternoon. We were able to make our 1,000 mile drive back on Saturday, and the car ran perfectly. Thank you so much for your help and getting us home!

I contacted Martin at Green Valley Automotive upon my return to the United States wanting to get my truck back on the road after it had been garaged for years. Martin assisted me with a tow company then quickly diagnosed my vehicle upon its arrival. Every problem he told me about I had suspected, so I felt comfortable with his troubleshooting. If something came up Martin promptly called me and notified me of the issue and the cost. Pricing was reasonable considering the amount of work I needed done and the truck was completed a day earlier than expected.

Martin provides outstanding service! I am new to green Valley and when my car refused to start one Saturday, I wasn't sure where to turn.
Checked Yelp reviews and called Green Valley Automotive. Martin arranged for a tow truck and called later to verify my car had been towed.
After the repairs he was able to provide transportation back to his shop, since I don't know my neighbors well enough to impose.
And, of course, my car is running great!

I purchased a used truck in Green Valley and when it broke down 5 miles from the seller I had it towed to Green Valley Automotive. Martin and the other staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Throughout an inspection they found a lot wrong with the truck to the point that I then had it towed back to the seller for a refund. Martin very kindly did not charge me anything for the inspection work that was done because he felt bad for my situation. I have never had a more pleasant experience at an automotive repair shop and would highly recommend Green Valley Automotive.

What excellent service. I had an emergency with my serpentine belt and Martin immediately took a look and not only diagnosed the issue but saved me money by taking care of another issue. He could have very easily just fixed the belts, but instead, let me know once he was into the engine that my Valve Cover Gaskets were starting to leak. He saved me the additional labor costs if I had waited and had to bring my car in at another time. I appreciate he honesty. Being new to Green Valley I did t know where to go. The good reviews on Yelp helped me make my decision!!

My first experience with this business was definitely 5 stars. Even though the work was only an oil change I was impressed. The owner greeted me by name and a firm handshake when he introduced himself. My car was taken into the bay immediately to begin the necessary work. The waiting area was very comfortable with free coffee and a TV. The owner kept me informed on the progress of the work. They had ordered a cabin and air filter for my make and model vehicle so they would be on hand if needed. The owner informed me that the filters wouldn't be needed as mine were still in very good

I took my MBZ to GVA for a routine oil/filter change. I made an appointment the day before to ensure that they would have the required filter and synthetic oil for my model. I asked for an estimate and was give one. On the day of the appointment I showed up on time and was asked to fill in some vehicle and contact information for their records. By the time I was done, my car had already been pulled inside for the work to begin. (Wish doctor's officers were like this!!)
